    My opinion might not be the greatest. I have the Novablast 5's.

    The Novablast 5's seem to be best for long easy runs. They feel like they have more cushion and are more forgiving on your feet, and therefore a great daily trainer. Other than that, not much to them and don't expect to PB in them.

    From what I can see in the description, the Sonicblasts are a "super trainer" and are a step below the coveted "super shoes" that people generally use to set PBs. Both of these shoes have a plate which will boost your running performance by offering better propulsion, but the distinction is that the "super trainers" have a softer plate (Pebax in this case) and the "super shoes" have a stiffer carbon plate. They should be more oriented towards speed workouts (such as intervals) and races. They generally shouldn't be used for easy runs or as a daily trainer.

  the wave sky 9 are too high up and the front is too turned up, so risk of a fall is increased.
