A great general purpose gym shoes. These will be my 3rd pair and very happy for CrossFit / HITT / etc. Not runners, but general purpose enough that a couple of km is fine.
Are the sizes true to size?

Got it for $70 in Sept 25 from Athletes Foot. But time machine….
I am just the average Gym (weights/cardio) person. Good for leg days, not so comfortable for running. I carry two separate pairs in the gym bag (Nano X5/ Brooks Adrenaline GTS).

I have X3s and yes.
Amazing shoes, but be aware, the heel is angled outward.
So if you dont walk the exact correct outside heel to inside toe, then you end up on high heels for the heel strike.
Most of the reeboks seem to do this sadly.
