Makita 18V 500mm Cordless Hedge Trimmer DUH507Z - Skin Only $193 + Delivery ($0 C&C/In-Store) @ Total Tools

60

Ok it’s not much, but it’s honest work.

I’m in the market for a new hedge trimmer within my ecosystem of Makita batteries.

Googled Makita Hedge Trimmer again this morning, and found that Total Tools is selling for $193, versus Bunnings at $197.98 (Mod: Bunnings has matched, so unable to price-beat).

Utilising Bunning’s price beat of 10%, you can get it for $173.70

Really good value if you already have Makita battery system, and the 500mm blade length is perfect for small/medium/large hedges!

Have a nice day all!

  • Price and store in title.
Also hedge trimmers are normally chucked in for free when companies have promos.
I got my ego hedge trimmer for free with a line trimmer.
So potentially other ways to acquire a hedge trimmer

But you end up spending thousands for stuff you may not need!

        Yeah it's just for consideration
I think the current promo for the hedge trimmer is by buying a Makita lawnmower ($749 or maybe $674 via Bunnings price beat, the instant leaf blower rebate isn't promoted at bunnings) but the hedge trimmer is the cheaper item there

The bonus is you also get a leaf blower worth $270 as well instantly
In your case if you choose this it's (lawn mower [2 batteries included] + hedge trimmer + leaf blower) for $749

        • Interesting all the different bonus options here, rate the increased choices

    • I've seen Makita throw in blowers into their promotions, never seen a hedge trimmer before. Will need to keep a look out.

  • versus Bunnings at $197.98

Bunnings has matched the price, so no more price-beat.

  • Cannot recommend getting Makita compatible batteries more. They're much cheaper and larger capacity.
