        Exact opposite for me. Had a big purchase when SB had their 50% promo. Never tracked. When I appealed they made me wait like six months then rejected it. Never going back to them for Temu again. On the other hand, TCB never failed me for Temu Cashback.

          I’ve had a fail to track with both TCB and ShopBack. TCB approved the claim without issue, ShopBack required lots of effort to get it approved.

        Same here. Jan 40% on TCB did not track. Never had a problem with TCB, just Temu so I am very sceptical. Ticket created but I do not have any hopes.

        Most likely 40% considering their last couple have been sadly.
        Also you can get an indication of it on the shopback app. Click on 'popular upsize' on the homepage and search for temu on the upsize calendar. These types of deals usually show up when there's three %s listed on one day. E.g 13th and 21st

      It's a good one. I've had it for 2 years and have since doubled my house space yet still works great.

      Would only pay $120 after cashback if it includes the auto dock and is brand new. Wouldn't touch used/refurbs.

      The Lubluelu is very good on the cheapest end of things.
      Some minor issues can be had with the robot not always being able to dock itself correctly, but cleaning performance is surprisingly good, it had better vacuuming performance than the Lefant M3 which supposedly had 12,000pa suction.
      It also does a Y shaped mopping pattern when the mop is attached, it makes it more effective than most of the budgets ones that drag a mop pad because each spot will get hit two or three times.

      The next step up would be a Jonr P20 pro at $335 on sale (don't bother with the similar priced Lefant M3) 3x the price and not that much better unless you want it to be mopping most times it goes out.

      I have the SL60D (bought several months ago) and also the SL60Plus

      The Plus has only 1 sweeper, so keep this in mind.

      I don't have the auto empty station. I don't use the mop, as you would need to regularly clean or replace the pad, as it doesn't have self cleaning.

      Other than that, I think it does very well, and I would echo the other comments here.

      I think they were about $150 before CB, and that may have been a 50% CB at the time. Great devices for the price! Sure $500 or $1000 robots are better, but, well, you'd hope so.

    As always appreciate a good deal but just highlighting my experience as a warning.

    Recently, topcashback had 40% on Temu (around two weeks ago) and it did not track. I submitted a claim and still am waiting weeks later, all my other purchases tracked from other retailers tracked almost instantly using same browser and device. I only bought on Temu because the price with 40% cb made it competitive. Was careful to reject all the temu offers etc that pop up during and after sale and triple check all the rules. There’s still no guarantee I’ll get the money. Would’ve been better off buying elsewhere where it was slightly cheaper than the Temu listed price, but obviously with better warranty etc

    Yes I know there are many who have got it to work but also too many who had problems with seemingly no error on their part. Bottom line is don’t rely on this 40%.

      I had the same problem as well, with my work laptop and personal laptop as well. In both instants, I have logged a claim without any feedback from TopCashback.

      Anyway, I got it to work using my mobile phone going into the TopCashback app and then connecting to the Temu site and ensuring that at the top it has tracking on. Anyway, I hope this help.

      I had the same experience but with the SB, and their customer support respond like a bunch of bots, template replies only, and our Ozb SB representative went quite as well, in spite of submitting the videos and screenshots of it saying we've tracked your purchase … !!

      till this date, they are unsure why I wasn't eligible for the cashback from that order!

      Seriously, it's the online shopping version of gambling… will I / won't I get my cashback.
      The worst part is, the people offering / promoting these deals apparently have no say in how it goes, and don't really have to back their offers in any way.
      Yes, I've had success before; Yes, I've put in a claim once and got it; And yes, I've been dudded a couple of times… which potentially makes it just not worth the hassle!

      In saying this, I think it's probably worthy of a neg from me too. (And anyone else that's getting stuffed around.)

      Tracking shouldn't take more than 48 hours, if it does then cancel the item or return the item for a refund.

      In terms of withdrawing money, it takes around 90 days but can be confirmed a bit earlier (1-1.5 months earlier for example).

    I had a very similar experience to the above messages last time - I’ve raised tickets for all orders so will wait to see how they are handled! (Followed every step of the instructions using the app, all at similar time, only half tracked within a day, the rest didn’t track at all, then all those that got tracked were declined for no reason - no discounts added no returns etc).

    Probably best to wait for Shopback on Friday considering they have been more reliable recently.

    For people that try these deals:

    Keep it simple, if it fails to track after 48 hours then cancel or return the item for a full refund. Do not bother with an appeal, you're wasting your time for the most part.

      Just wait, usually around or more than 3 months. I had few missing cashback, but approved eventually. Never get rejection. If more than 3 months, you can try to message tightarse (Topcashback rep). He is responsive and helpful.

    Have used top cash back heaps, and recently started using shopback.

    Between wife and i, we have used TCB over 40 times (yeah, we buy too much stuff). Most of those the tracking worked in a few days. If it didn't, raise ticket and tracks after a few weeks. I like TCB, as I can use my computer to do the ordering. I use Chrome, don't have items in my cart (but do have saved items), open Temu via TCB link, have ad blocker extension. seems to work fine for us. Temu cashback can take a few months. Some other stores it comes through much quicker. We use TCB for a bunch of other online orders that have been fine.

    Shopback has been good since i/ we started using. Only negative is I have to use my phone to do the order. Personally I don't add any coupon codes in Temu, but I don't remove any automatically added ones either.

    I also check price adjustments for the 30 days post each order. So far, these have not impacted my ability to get cashback.

    I mate of mine was having issues with tracking, so he added a different browser to his computer that he only uses for top cash back. No extensions, blockers etc. Since then his has been 100%

        I have purchased many times through TCB. All approved even with few missing cashback transactions previously.

        Do not copy paste links that we want to buy, as it may end up as missing cashback. Usually I put things in the cart then remove them. Open Temu link from Topcashback, then add things from Temu browsing history. Pay straight away. Done. Few times I used copy paste (like link from a friend that wanted me to help with the purchase), but end up as missing cashback. All approved eventually, no problem. Never get rejection for Temu cashback.

            @Brick50: If no tracking after 24 hours, just cancel the order. Get your money refunded back. No need to claim missing cashback then. No risk if you cancel the order after 24 hours (like under 30 hours for example) as the goods haven't been delivered anyway and you'll get the refund.

      You may be able to use the credit and receive cashback on the balance of the order given: "Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers." Not sure though.

          I did it yesterday on a small order (<$20 +$2.99 shipping) via SB and the order tracked with $5 credit applied.
          I'll see how it goes. Unlike SB, I've never had any luck with orders tracking with TCB so only use SB with Temu now.

              @Endynos: The order is still showing as tracked on SB, so there are no problems so far.
              Although, it does say that: "store should confirm by 15 May 2026", so it may take another month. Past payouts were earlier than expected.

          Have you ever messaged a seller asking them to hold off sending the item until it tracked? Want to buy a Bambu Lab 3D printer but sending it back costs $100 according to Aus Post so don't want the poor Temu seller to be out of pocket if it doesn't track

              @Clear: Coupon has been removed, SB tried to decline mine because of coupon but approved it manually. Someone else here had it denied because they "returned it" but never did. My mate wants to buy one now but not sure if it's worth risking it with Shopback denying again or trying TCB instead but heard most people didn't get tracking with last TCB deal.

                    @Brick50: Thanks, I know there's a chance it won't cause I talked to the seller and they said cashback won't happen regardless if there is coupon or not. I am anticipating the claim denial and it seems the "returned it" reason will be among the shady reason they will give.

                      @Inyokuchi: I was denied around 2-3 weeks and not a huge hassle but was back and forth calling them out on it and saying I would escalate it etc. over a week. Still waiting on the actual payout though I expect another month before I can withdraw

      I use the website like 99% of many Temu transactions. Only few missing cashback, but it was because I used copy paste for example (like a friend asked my help and sent a Temu link to buy together with my other goods). Copy paste links may end up as missing cashback transaction. All Temu missing cashback got approved eventually, no problem.

      Usually I add them to cart and remove them. Then open Temu from Topcashback and add them back from Temu browsing history for example. Pay straight away with PayPal (already login in another browser tab). Done.

      Maybe I only used the Topcashback app for cashback transaction once and recently Shopback app only because it's required. For all other cashback transactions, I use the website. No rejection for most of my cashback transactions, except like few Shopback in-store purchase that requires second in-store purchase.

      Temu always takes 24 hours or so to track regardless of platform. AliExpress are super quick at like 5 minutes.

    Nearly 24 hours and still no tracking from TB again, twice in a row.

    Will do the cancel thing and never trust TB with Temu again.

    I decided to revoke my negative vote because ShopBack came through on the 50% deal within 24 hours. Top cashback has not been as good for me still waiting weeks and weeks with no guarantees so based on my experience will be using ShopBack more often where possible.
