Cheers, saved email.
Edit:
Valid from 5am (AEDT) 26 February 2026 to 11:59pm (AEDT) 10 March 2026.Guess its launching sometime between then.

Pretty sure thats the period from launch to arrival (pre-order time frame)

That's what i meant haha my mistake.

26th Feb

Nothing here. Probably targeted.

Same nothing, definitely targeted.
Waiting for the code dump thread.

interesting to know how do they decide who gets it. I upgraded to S25U last launch and to S24U the year before
I am actually planning to skip 26U because I am just too happy with 25. no complaints whatsoever it's the best phone I ever had.
unless I can double the storage without paying much. last year I doubled the storage (S24U 256gb to S25U 512gb) and was around $200-$300 out of pocket after all discounts and trade ins.

Yeah no idea. I've always had the latest flagship phone for the last 5 years at least, and bought at release time too, and I didn't get the email bonus. But I guess they know I buy it anyways regardless of bonuses.

I received the email and my current phone is the s10+ so in need of an upgrade.

Thats good to know. I was going to buy the S25 Ultra with 512gb when S26 released for hopefully a discount. This is a BIG step up from my on the way out Oppo52.
This phone hasn't missed a beat to be fair and I may look at top-tier Oppos instead of the Nothing brand.

Weird, nothing here either despite having Sammy acct

Same.

You probably have "Get news and special offers" turned off. Probably too late now but it should be in Samsung account > Dashboard > Privacy or this link https://v3.account.samsung.com/dashboard/privacy

Hope that I will be targeted next time.
But definitely lured by S26U so I need to make a visit to the code dumping thread.

I've had that turned on but still got nothing

Thanks for this

Thanks for that, code received today

Can it stack with the trade in bonus

I think so. Trade-ins option is selected separately and you add vouchers in the last page just before payment.

I would think that you totally can. since they introduced limits on how many codes you can apply to the transaction one would need to check which combination gives best results. I imagine there would be a member code in members app too. and codes that you get from chat can vary as well

Aren't the new devices just an S25 with an S26 sticker slapped on them?

You didnt notice the endless references to AI?

Basic Samsung Galaxy AI features are free. Future releases may be offered on a paid basis.

AI looked like software stuff that will come to S25 anyway

That's most phones in recent years, the built in privacy screen feature is kinda cool and shows actual inovation isnt dead just yet. still no need to upgrade unless you like cool new stuff.

Or you have a S20+ with 4 green vertical lines and one pink vertical line haha.
Ive been waiting for a decent deal on 25 series, but noting any good ive seen lately…
Hopefully there is actually good trade in/coupon stacking deals for preorder as there are usually.

They try to steal that strategy from iPhones (same stuff, new price - capitalist exploitation)

This is correct.

You should know whom to thank for turning minimal change into the new industry standard.

Just for the subject of the email needed to lookout for "Hey, [Name], you're one in a Billion".
I initially searched up samsung instead and thought didn't get it but had to go down the search result to find the above email.

Wonder if Samsung will finally patch the coupon stacking this year

It’s not a bug. It’s a feature

Cancellation loophole was a bug that got patched 😢

Which loophole is this?

@Callandor: stack a bunch of accessories to stack up discounts, cancel said accessories get back full RRP but still keep the rest of the discount on the big ticket items

Don't think coupon stacking was an issue that they'd wanna fix. Or else they would have fixed it already last year.
The other bug which was around for a few years got rapidly fixed last year.
This was the accessories code hack, where you would add accessories to the order, but it didn't link it to the phone, so you could go back into samsung official website portal (not the EPP portal) and access the order and then cancel the accessories which would refund you the money (practically getting a refund in cash for the accessories code). They fixed this loophole within about a week of the s25 pre-order, so if you attempt to select cancellation on accessories it would also select all items to refund (e.g. it is linked to the phone).

Tell me more about coupon stacking please!

you collect multiple coupons available before and during the release, then just use them one after another on your order. lol literally coupon stacking. haha

Wait so if I got 3 coupons (I don't) I can get $300 off?!

@neoapple: No, more like there were a few different promos and you could stack one code from each. Preorder bonus, preregistration bonus, accessories bonus, etc

Hmmm,…S26 on 26 FEB '26
but no S29 in '29, because there's no 29 FEB 😬
Got the code but will i use it is the question.
25 ultra 256gb sells for how much on marketplace?
1300 for 512GB.

You had to sign up to the launch event like last year to get the code. Also last year i think people contacted samsung chat and got a code anyway.

I never saw a sign up email this year? Normally I get a bunch of them. Nothing at all this year

Chat didn't work unfortunately. They told me it doesn't exist

Did not get a single code checked 4 emails.

Wouldn't it still be cheaper to buy via EDU portal?

They typically balance things out on new products between the different portals, so you may have X off RRP on one portal, but the trade in bonus is less, then on retail portal you'll have Y off RRP but Z minus whatever on the trade in bonus.

100? and how much is it compared to S25 at launch?

How do you sign up for the launch event?

Is there going to be the $100 giftcard towards new devices for $20 this time around

There's already an Eco Voucher $50, i think I saw them doing both together last round?

Sadly no money for overpriced ai nonsense phones

Looking forwars to the new earbuds. Love my 3 pros, if they can improve them further its a great buy.
Phones not worth upgrading though.

Same here… Nothing for me…

The link is samsung US. Not sure if it's gonna work. Only one way to find out..

Happy to give away mine.

whats the subject line of the email?
is it: "Hey, kehuehue, you're one in a Billion"
email is from: samsungelectronics@au.email.samsung.com

Interested in case you still have it :)

s26 to have the same camera hardware as the s25 ultra, looks like i'll be waiting another year to upgrade from my s23 ultra!

I have also S23 Ultra and deciding whether to upgrade.
What features are you considering to avoid upgrade this year?

not sure what S23U was like, but going from S22U to S24U like I did was a big upgrade across the board. significant improvements in performance, battery life, cameras, convenience (no curved display). I am on S25U and it's the best of them all, I am not keen to upgrade this year it's been so good.

I went from S23U to S25U and it was a big upgrade.
I never liked the curved screen on S23U.
One downgrade is you can't use the pen to take pictures but I've got my samsung watch for that instead.

I'm hoping to upgrade from the S23u to the S26u and I have to agree, I hate the curved screen! Had it on older phones and just never liked them ugh

samsung got rid of the 10x optical zoom from later models relying more on digital zoom and ai which is fine but
i really didn't like what samsung did with their one ui updates and what that did to my phone, also getting rid of the included s pen was not a great move.
Will probably wait to see if they are going to be lazy again with hardware upgrades for the s27 ultra release and if so i will look at other brands
I own both s23ultra and s25ultra and whilst I can't comment on s26ultra I can give you real world comparison of the 2 phones that i do have.
The s25u is just that little bit bettter than the s23u in every way except telephoto lens where a side by side comparison shows the 10x far superior to the 5x + AI enhancement rubbish, and the s-pen is less useful but I don't use it to start off with so I can't say much about that. The s25u screen is a little bit brighter and easier to read in direct full sunlight. The weight is a little bit more balanced and spreadout so it just a little bit easier to hold and to not drop. The cpu is little faster to load games. The wifi is a little faster. The battery lasts a little longer. The screen resolution a little better viewed for not being curved. The night photos are actually much better for all s25u cameras front and back except for taking photos of the full moon where the s23u still has better optics. I was very dissapointed with the minimal improvements made in 2 years to be honest but that said I'll probably be upgrading to s26u as I don't feel like holding on to my s25u but again I'm not expecting huge improvements over my s23u which I'm keeping (I recently took only the s23u with me for overseas trip because of 10x zoom and left s25u at home).
I write this to maybe help people who might fear missing out on having the latest version when the improvements are real but maybe not as large depending on what you currently have.

Thanks, it's a good comparison and mirrors the experience I have as well. I was also using a TPU screen protector on S23U which resulted in a worse experience overall but curved tempered glass screen protector with working fingerprint was like $55 each. S25U has flat screen and can get cheap glass screen protectors that works perfectly with fingerprint.
Software wise both are on the same version with same AI features too.

I am on the same boat. My S23 Ultra is very slow since the recent update. I guess samsung wants me to upgrade now

Most of the time a factory reset can do wonders for phone.

Please include Title in the Title

message me if you want my code

Please check your message.

Gone now.

I got the email to the student account associated with my previous purchases and I didn't sign up for anything and usually don't get these offer emails.
Surely it will work on the Education portal, otherwise it's pointless to us?
I got the S25U and other than wanting to change colours I'm not feeling it, there's no excitement.
This phone should be in people's hands already, the delay I didn't like either.
Probably wait until the S27 range.

S21 Ultra owner here, I've officially shifted to Xiaomi, Purchased the Redmi Note 15 Pro, for the price point and features I wasn't keen on forking the usual $1,850 +

How are you finding it. Are there any features you miss from Samsung

My wife upgraded her S21 to the Mi 15T pro,
Instead of worrying about charging the phone during the day she comes back from work with usually 60% or higher.
My phone is a little more budget friendly, however it includes the 6580mah, massive !
The 15T pro does have 90w charging & 50w wireless charging but the redmi note 15 pro only has 45w charging and no wireless charging. No biggie !
Redmi note 15+ pro does have upto 100w charging though

running S25U here. I come back home with 50% of battery

@shabaka: I've had my s23u for three years and it's always had battery protection on at 80%. Battery life was fantastic until I noticed it draining pretty fast every day in the past few months. I think it's because it's always doing super charging 2.0 every morning.. might need to use a slower charger when I upgrade to s26u to stop battery degradation

I switched from the Mi 4i to the OnePlus 3T back in the day. After that, I moved to Samsung and have been using Galaxy phones from the S10+ onwards. I’m currently daily driving the S25 Ultra. Samsung really makes it hard for me to switch to any other brand now, their trade-in deals and launch offers consistently sweeten the deal.

Xiaomi phones are actually very good value for money, except that you had to deal with their MiUI or it's HyperOS now.
Many of the Xiaomi phones used to be able to unlocked, for some custom ROM fun, but even unlocking them is slowly becoming a challenge.
In fact, CN-versions of some models, cannot be unlocked anymore (as I understand it).

It should only be around $800 or so with trade in vouchers etc.
If you're paying over $1000 for the ultra you're a sucker.

Those bloatware though..,.

Is this the year I wait and jump ship to the Google Pixel 11 XL Pro or Stick… hmmm

How much do you think we could purchase the S26 Ultra (256GB) for? Is it goin to be under $900? Last year, I got S25 (256 GB) + Buds3 Pro for $640 + $60 cancellation fee for not sending the trade-in device.

Do we know if all the models will have Snapdragon or base model will have Exonys? I am reading mixed reports.

Got it on 3 accounts. Will use it to upgrade family's phones
Use this search to see if you received it
from:samsung "Billion"

do you know if you can stack all 3 codes on a single order?

Is there a sharing thread, as I'd like one if someone doesn't want it

Try reading the bottom of deal description

Ta, missed it

A lot of people commenting on what they think of the new s26 range is like etc. but as far as I know Samsung haven't unveiled anything yet right? Unless I'm missing something I assume everyone is basing this on leaks?

It's not confirmed but pretty much most of it is leaked.
E.g., you can look up almost all the specs here:
https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=13322&idPhone…And there's quite a few renders available for it.

Wonder how much will Samsung Galaxy Z price?
