    My experience with ShopBack BWS cash back is it won’t get credited and you’ll get a vague rejection explanation like “didn’t match T&cs” despite being careful to ensure it did.

    I’d only ever buy something you were buying anyway at a price you’re happy with.

    I have a spare laptop with absolutely nothing installed on it, I use this almost exclusively for BWS cashbacks because it never seems to track on my main laptop or my iphone using their app.

    Unlike others I've only had an issue with shopback once and they were great, credited after a claim. Otherwise been fine.

    I use my phone and make sure it's showing 'tracked' at the top of the screen.

      Likewise. 100% tracking and payouts on all BWS purchases on PC. For me its ensuring my Pi-Hole is disabled, and no Ad-Blockers enabled. I use Chrome as Brave (my default) will block.

    Biggest issue with SB these days is not being able to login. Often get this "You've requested too many OTP. Try again in 1 minute. (1012)" . No idea why as it's the first attempt logging in on a fresh browser (and tried on others).. I give up most times and don't bother anymore. They need to get their algorithms sorted.

    If there is any SB Staff monitoring this, can you explain why this is occurring these days?

      I use the SB app and I'm permanently logged in by default. It seems to be the same as PC. I'm logged in by default too.

        I don't use the App as I like to "Screen Record" purchases on PC for reference and add to spreadsheet. Not a drama and more an annoyance as it's a new thing. I tend to walk away each time this randomly occurs.

            @trixieb: Way too much of a hassle when one can do it while sitting in front of PC :-)
            Have now uninstalled the App in any case. Here is hoping it does not try force it as method of Auth (as per noted below).

    Seems like they only want you to use their APP to authenticate. If I choose other Method like SMS, the silly "You've requested too many OTP. Try again in 1 minute. (1012)" error occurs. I have the app installed on phone but will uninstall now to prevent this hopefully.
