yeah i use dual basket so i can cook two things at once that'll require different temps and times.

I bought the large ~9-10ltr one that has dual zone control with a divider in the drawer or can cook a single maxi drawer by removing the divider. It's great and I've cooked a massive 6kg+ rolled pork let in it over about 5hrs. Slow cooked at around 150C for 4hrs then blast on full at the end.
It was pretty pricey though. Aldi had a cheap one that looked very similar for $79. The metal was thin though in comparison and it felt cheap. But had I not bought the Ninja, I would have gone for the Aldi one

I have this, it's fantastic, can cook 2 things at once and sync the finish. I paid $180 though, sheesh this is cheap.

It also beeps a lot!

Do people prefer these dual baskets over say one larger but smaller literage size? 6l?
