    lol. corded.

    • I know right.. corded lawn mower. probably the easiest tool to killl itself…

      • I’ve used a corded mower for about a dozen years. Never had a chopped cord. It’s easy to manage on a large lawn and worked great. But the motor seized up a few weeks ago and will go cordless now.

      • Corded hedge trimmer is #1!

        Close 2nd though!

you do have a point… witnessed a suicidal hedge trimmer couple years ago…. luckily it was the extension cord as they did the original quite short

    • I feel like corded would only be warranted if you had a large lawn and were on a tight budget (personally after going electric, petrol is intolerable). Start close to the power point then work away to avoid running over the cord haha. And get a fluro orange extension cord too!

  • Had one, not sure if the exact same model. I bought it from a deal here a couple of years ago. While it did mow well it also was a pain in the rear — even for the tiny yard in our previous house. ….and did not last too long as I ran over the cord (happens way faster than you may think).
Have a bigger yard now and Ozito PXC 36V - could not be happier.

    Edit: Found it https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/547422

  • A non-believer no more. Corded mowers are the monkeys nuts. 👍

  • I have one and I’m not happy with it! Started well but 1.5 years later it doesn’t even pick up the grass just leaves it laying on the the ground and I have to pick it up

    • Got it for $140 though

  • why has the price almost doubled? cant be all due to inflation?

  • Are there inexpensive blades available for this mower? I just had a quick look online, and the 37cm blade looks to be about $40 delivered.

  • Wow a corded mower sends me right back to the early 00's in the backyard of mum's townhouse. I'm surprised there's still a market for these today. I have one corded garden tool left (blower/mulcher) and the pain is real every time I use it.
