Jeez people can be obtuse. Aluminium has the best heat conductivity for weight aside from diamond.
Even good steel pans have aluminium inside for this reason. Al makes a poor cooking surface as it is vulnerable to pitting from acidic food.
But these are coated. Are you afraid of the sol-gel coating?They sell a steel saute pan too, which I have, but it needs a lot more weight to be equally as effective. Both are good!
Oh, and this has a steel base so works with induction.
