Add / Update a User to Business Account & Earn 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points @ Velocity Business Frequent Flyer

Earn 1,000 bonus Points for your business when you either:

Add up to 10 Velocity Frequent Flyer numbers to your users by 15 March 2026 to enjoy bonus Points for your business

Promotion is valid between 12:01am AEST 12 February to 11:59pm AEST 15 March 2026 (inclusive) (Promotion Period). During the Promotion Period, Virgin Australia Business Flyer members may receive 1,000 bonus Points for: a. each new individual user profile created in the Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal that includes a valid Velocity Frequent Flyer number; and b. each valid Velocity Frequent Flyer number added to an existing individual user profile in the Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal.

To be eligible for this offer: An authorised representative (Key Contact or Account Administrator) of the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member account must, during the Promotion Period: a. obtain the consent of the relevant individual prior to creating a new user profile and/or adding their Velocity Frequent Flyer number to the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal; b. create new individual user profiles for employees or contractors of the member that include valid Velocity Frequent Flyer numbers in the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal;

AND/OR c. add valid Velocity Frequent Flyer numbers to existing user profiles for employees or contractors of the member in the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal. Each new or amended user profile must meet the following criteria: a. new user profiles must relate to a new and unique individual and must not duplicate an existing user in the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal or any other Virgin Australia Business Flyer member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal;

b. new user profiles must include an accurate First and Last Name PLUS a valid Velocity Frequent Flyer number and these details must match an existing Velocity Frequent Flyer profile; and c. existing user profiles must not duplicate a user profile in another Virgin Australia Business Flyer member account and must include a valid Velocity Frequent Flyer number which matches an existing Velocity Frequent Flyer profile. Each Virgin Australia Business Flyer account may receive up to 10,000 bonus Points in total for: a. the creation of up to 10 new user profiles within the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal;

OR b. the addition of Velocity Frequent Flyer numbers for up to 10 existing user profiles within the member’s Virgin Australia Business Booking Portal; OR c. a combination of both, up to a maximum of 10 eligible user profiles. Virgin Australia Business Flyer reserves the right to not award the bonus Points for any new or existing user profiles where Virgin Australia Business Flyer reasonably assesses that those profiles do not meet the requirements set out in these Promotion Terms and Conditions. Bonus Points are not redeemable for cash. The bonus Points will be distributed after the Promotion Period and after validation of eligible user profile updates.

Please allow up to six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period for bonus Points to be awarded to qualifying accounts.

This offer is only available to selected Virgin Australia Business Flyer members who have received this email directly from Virgin Australia Business Flyer.     • Don't think there is anything in account as such, it was an email sent out which has the details.
      Im pretty sure there was no link to activate the offer either it simply just had description of the offer and instructions for how to add a velocity number to the existing users on the account or how to add people to the account.

  • Just made an account, not sure if we're eligible for this since we technically didn't receive the email and it's not written anywhere on the website.

    Anyone have experience adding people and receiving the points without the email being sent to them?
