This product is a waste of money. It won’t clean properly and sometimes will mop on the carpet area 😣. Pure waste of money. Stay away from this product
Agree, ecovacs is turd. Got a refund on my X1 Omni after over 2.5 years but had to get the office of fair trading involved to prompt their compliance with consumer laws. Device consistently played up across original and replacements, which I've shared in other deal posts, and their service sucks.
wow, good for sticking it up to ecovacs. They're the worst when it came to after-care support. Had issues after issues but never got addressed. Gave up!
I have this and its worth every cent. My only issue is the battery doesn't last for my 4 bedroom, 2 livingroom and 2 studies lol. I'm tempted to get another. The app is awesome with this model and for me its a huge help. I have 2 cats, a dog and 2 kids so very happy with this. Guess each to their own but for $660.. insane deal

I have recommended Ecovacs to friends and family.
I've had good experiences with the exception of the app a few years ago having to factory reset the vacuum and start again. Frustrating but not difficult.I am undecided but considering upgrading for the rotating mopping pads. I'm still using a T9+ AIVI (China version with the dual rollers and attachment for the vibrating mopping pad). Still works well after 5 years. I got plenty of replacement side brushes, air fresheners and mopping pads for cheap. I log in the app and remotely drive it around the apartment sometimes when I get bored at the office.
I recently got a Ecovacs Winbot W2 to clean my windows and glass doors (floor to ceiling windows on apartment). Also works fine, takes a while but much safer than climbing out to try climb at any height.Everyday market selling it for $799 and with 20% Topcashback will it be cheaper to get??
