I believe the 20V is the same, just in the US they can use the maximum voltage as the callout, locally it has to the the nominal voltage. Hence why Dewalt 18V tools locally are called 20V Max in the US.

This kit is US$99 regular price on US Amazon with 4.2 stars with only 91 votes. Think it is more budget product still not trade quality.
This is bargain bin tier stuff sold in the USA @ like Walmart and on Amazon.
I dunno where it sits in the chain over there, but I'd say probably beneath Ozito (Einhell), Kobalt etc
So probably better than your X2's but not by much and definitely not "trade" quality.
