  I think there is a good chance this seller drops prices to an artificially low price to gain better amazon positioning through high sell rates, then raises pricing to capture back margin once a better list ranking is achieved - as such, I don't know $11-15 is a sustainable (profitable) price. I've been lucky enough to grab one at the low price and now i'm constantly checking their listings for a repeat - but I think $25ish is probably around the woolies style "everyday low" price, with the poor few paying $50-60 for the item.
