Another Streamdeck Deal. Close to the ATL of 2019
I love 'em - I've got two XL's and four regulars that look after a myriad of tasks in venues I look after using Bitfocus Companion
Lots of other great uses - great price..
Have fun!

tempting, I was keen on these till I discovered the corsair xeneon edge, now just waiting for it to have some kind of sale.

There's a few AliEx touch screen secondary screens like that Corsair one for like a quarter the price

Sure, but actual buttons just feel better.

Sure, then get one of the Ajazz StreamDeck copies, way cheaper and pretty much same functionality.

@CrispyChrispy: They seem pretty functional for the price - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007307754232.html

I've just read few days ago about Corsair Galleon, integrated StreamDeck and keyboard. Pricey but i hate clutters on my table. Ordered one.

Love one, but crazy expensive and significantly fewer buttons than anything bar a Nano.

You should have tracked down an Optimus Maximus keyboard ;)
The Corsair looks cool, but a $150 keyboard with a $250 stream deck built in for $600 isn't really a good OzB deal, maybe one day if it's on sale I'd pick it up for a work KB.

The Galleon isn't even hall effect 😭

Ive got the CORSAIR K100 and Elgato StreamDeck XL which costs about the same as the but I think has a lot more functionality with just a little more clutter.
A word of caution Ive seen with my CORSAIR K100 is the keys were very poor quality and had to be replaced with the upgraded key kit very quickly because they all started falling off. Corsair customer service were very good at sending out new keys originally under warranty but these were equally poor quality and failed fast.

Yeah, I had a k100 and the LEDs just started being weird. Overall really underwhelmed for the cost.

Trying to figure out the real world case for myself if I bought one

One cool feature is making buttons require pressing twice for functions that have big consequences. I have a "shut down PC" button where the first press glows red, the second press shuts down PC. This avoids accidental presses. Also folders… press to open another "folder" of buttons, you can set where it navigates after pressing a button in a folder, like it can go back to top level or stay in the folder. Really nice detailed customisation.
The only thing that might put some off…. it does require initial commitment and figuring out how it fits into your workflows. Simulation games or any games with lots of controls is the obvious use.

Sounds like a good fit for my MSFS journey. Didn't even think about this before. Thanks!

Still can't believe I got one of these for $100 off some disgruntled ex girlfriend of some poor gamer/streamer dude lol
I've used it for windows shortcuts, gaming and music making

Can I use these for just a bunch of macros to increase productivity?

Yes you can create whatever macro you want and have the individual screen as a customised gif

That's how I use my ones, for sure.

What do people use this for (other than gaming)? Any example of productivity macros pls?
