Affordable/Budget Friendly CCTV System with PoE

It's been a few months since Reolink pulled out their ebay Store + AliExpress store. I have used their CCTV (NVR + Cameras bundles) in the past and very happy. Now i have moved to new property and but i couldn't find any reasonable deal for this brand anymore.

Any suggestions or alternative solutions.
Love POE cameras and i dont want to change to wifi.

  • Errr are you drunk or something. Reolink never pulled anything, the Ebay store is still there selling discounted cameras.

  • What kind of deals are you after?

You mentioned you've used their NVR and cameras before, are you looking to upgrade your whole setup or add cameras to your setup and you want deals on that?

    • I just got a new house, and i need a new system with affordable price. I remember i paid ~500 or more for an nvr + 4 820A.camera.

  • Does everyone live in dangerous neighbourhoods nowdays so they need CCTV at home?

Or is just to see the neighbour's wife in her jogging tights as she passes by twice a day?

    • Honestly, you dont know when you need it and it really doesn't cost a leg and an arm, so I guess it's ok to have one. Still cheaper than upgrading an IPhone 😂

    • Australia is experiencing a meth epidemic. There's crackheads sneaking around every night committing crimes.

So as long as the neighbour's wife doesn't smile for the CCTV camera

        • You seem very interested in the neighbour's wife.

          • @JIMB0: I swear I just like her bootstraps and smashed avo toast.

      • I thought it was African gangs with machetes?
Or is that only in Victoria?

        • It depends on whether you live in a new suburb with diversity or an old suburb with public housing.

      • Those crackheads are smart now, wearing black clothing and facial covering. You have no chance of catching them 😅

  • You'd be looking close to $1k for a decent 4 cam system with cables from their AU site or the reseller reolinks.com.au

  • I would buy more expensive cameras and get the dahua tioc system where an automatic siren activates at certain times if someone triggers movement

    • Reolink has the same functionality. You can even set it to only alarm when there is person, this avoids pissing off your neighbours by having an alarm go off everytime a tree blows in the wind or a cat walks past.
