If you've been dreaming of adding an extra level to your house, now is the cheapest it'll ever be 😛

Otherwise a cheap way to get some extra Lego-compatible bricks and plates for cheap.

The first affordable house I've seen.

    • This is massive 80% off. Surely something surreal

Is this the housing crash everyone's been hoping for?

if we hold, not buying them, they will be 50c soon

Perfect. I need a stand for the mac mini.

  • Where do they put these generally? In aisle? Or a special display?

    • +1

Near checkout and customer service counter

      • Thanks. Time to build a largely empty mansion..

Team member discount brings to 1.90, and another 2 cents hack, new total $1.88.

Yes, but being a team member costs you your sanity too

    • can you use gift card to pay for that as well ?

How are the blocks this year compatibility-wise? We found they weren't great blending with normal lego blocks/sets. Bunnings and Maccas sets were even worse.

I bought my son this set and it integrates well with his official leggo

I support choice but crap is crap. It's not worth the fuss of removing it from your collection later

      • Yeah i don't fully integrate it in, right now it's all very separate in their own boxes. I think i threw out a bunch of the woolies stuff

  • Morwell had a shitload of these yesterday too, probably most stores will lol

Any discounts for first home buyers?

Only if it helps drive up the price and wealth of those who own multiple properties…or so I’m told by politicians

  • Does anyone have any spare kits they can spare? Trying to get some for my niece but can't afford the $30 for a singular one.

    • Just go to Woolies, spend $30 and ask for several packets. We do direct to boot and spend ~$150 and get 10-12 packets every time.

It's double this week via Everyday Rewards, but $30 for two is still a bit.

  • serious question though - can these somehow stack to make a multi floor house?

    • By the look of it, that's doable

      • The plates will sit on top of the studs, but don't attach like a brick

Waiting for someone to buy them all, charge $1 a week to rent them and claim it all as a tax expense.

  • +1

They were never worth $10 to begin with always wait til on sale

  • Hey here's a marketing idea - everyone can use paper and reusable bags and we have this crap out the front.
