You should probably mention that the nasal decongestant is oxymetazoline. That's some dangerous stuff. Yes it's a magical decongestant, and seems like a miracle for people who suffer from chronic congestion and sinus issues, but its very important to never use it more than 2 times in a day, or more than 3 days in a row. It has a major sinus rebound effect, that means after you stop taking it you end up with worse congestion than you started, for a week or more until the effect wares off.
Also, if you take it for more than 2 weeks, you can develop a dependency, and it can cause extreme anxiety and other mental health issues with long term use. I'm surprised it's still on the market.
