I received an email this morning from Sonos saying From us to you: 25% off.

It says it is an exclusive offer but I am unsure if that is just because I am registered for their email marketing.

Pulling the trigger on a Sonos Mini Sub to compliment my Sonos Arc Ultra. You cannot seemingly double stack promo codes.

The Sonos Owner Offer (the "Owner Offer") begins on or about 23 February 2026, at 12:00:01 AM AET and shall end at 11:59 PM AET on 2 March 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible customers will receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off of one (1) order of Qualifying Products available on www.sonos.com, subject to the exclusions specified below (“Discount”). To redeem your Discount, log in to your account on sonos.com or in the Sonos App during the Promotional Period, and your Discount will be applied automatically during checkout.

Discount will be available to each eligible customer once and may not exceed the Maximum Order Amount of Qualifying Products. Not transferable and not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or towards previous purchases. Discount not valid for use on refurbished, limited edition, or promotional items. Owner Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.

Eligibility

Only legal residents of Australia (“Territory”), who, at the time of participation in the Owner Offer, are 1) located in the Territory and have registered a Sonos product in an eligible territory on or before April 7, 2025, and 2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, are eligible to participate and redeem the Discount. The Owner Offer is void where prohibited.

Qualifying Products

The Owner Offer will be available for all Sonos products and Speaker Sets except for Sonos Ace (White), Ray (not available in the United States, and Canada), and certified refurbished products.

Maximum Order Amount

Maximum total order value by region for the Owner Offer Discount is AUD 3,800.

*Discount automatically applied for selected participants when signed in to Sonos account. Discount available for selected products and regions, exclusions apply. See Terms for details. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional pricing. Cannot be transferred. Single use only. Promo valid until 2 March 2026.

    • So, no S? 😀

As a graphic designer, I appreciate that it can be read the same upside down too.

…oh you meant the actual logo. apologies.

  • Sure it's not targeted? Tried adding the Ace and there isn't any discount at checkout.

    • I am not entirely sure, I received the email this morning at 11.00am saying:

      Exclusive offer
A reward for listeners like you
You bring Sonos into your everyday moments, and we want to give something back. Enjoy 25% off your next purchase and keep building something special.*

        • If you haven't got it, maybe speak to customer support and see if you can.

I didn't get the email but it does apply automatically for me. I had to be logged in to the website.

  • Seeing the comments from this post: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/949164#comment-17375178 seems like Sonos is a much better buys than Bose

    • I have the Sonos Arc Ultra, 3 Sonos 100s and just ordered the Sub Mini. I rate the Arc Ultra for my current setup with a 77" LG G5, not only sounds awesome but looks sexy too.

I may get rear 300s one day but might be overkill imo.

  • I just logged in from the homepage and got a popup with the offer:

    Your reward awaits
Enjoy 25% off your next purchase as thanks for being part of the Sonos community.
Promo valid until 2 March 2026, or while stocks last. Terms and Conditions apply.

It also shows in https://www.sonos.com/en-au/myaccount/user/offers alongside the upgrade offers, so I guess not stackable.

    T&C: https://www.sonos.com/en-au/legal/owner-offer

Confirmed doesn't stack: "Order-level offer(s) are applied to your entire order. You can only use one offer per order. They cannot be combined with any upgrade credits you may have."

  • It says it is an exclusive offer but I am unsure if that is just because I am registered for their email marketing.

The fine prints at the bottom do say

Yeah, thanks for that. The post has been amended.

  • Sonos are nothing but problems. I work in the industry and this brand is a nightmare.

    • +6

Really? What problems have you come across? I've had multiple Sonos over the years and never had any issues.

None that can be substantiated evidently.

    • Must be a competitor

    • Bro I have original playbar working still for over 10 years with subs and play1 ‘s as surround . Also have multiple different speakers and they are flawless

Warning for those not in the know - Great sound but awful connectivity.

Bought a Era100 as wanted a WiFi speaker to throw music to whenever I want without stuffing about via Bluetooth etc.

Biggest warning - you cannot cast to the Sonos natively on Android devices. You have to use their in-built app. This is because Sonos and Google had a court case around IP, so Google never implemented native casting to Sonos devices. Apple devices are fine as Sonos uses Airplay.

Second warning - WiFi connectivity is just straight up awful. Never stays connected, always drops out, you basically have to use 2.4hz on both Sonos and whatever device you want to cast from. In the end I had to use a USB-C to Ethernet dongle and hardwire the Sonos into the network to have a stable connection. I’m not the only one to have this issue - a Google shows plenty of people having the same problem.

The positive of Sonos - brilliant sound. Great bass and range with music, crisp voices on podcasts, super loud for the footprint. Cannot fault it there.

Obviously other people’s Sonos systems might be flawless, but my experience has been anything but. Hope this helps some folks out there on the fence.

    • That sounds like a pain in the arse! I only play from Spotify from my iPhone and it connects - no problems. I also have no issues with them connecting to my wifi and am yet to receive any kind of drop out, that kind of stuff drives me insane.

      • +1

Spotify connect also works from android.

I have very regular issues asking Google assistant to play music on sonos, which I suspect is down to the bad blood between the 2 companies. All combinations of successful confirmation from Google, error from Google, and the music playing or not playing, it's very random. Very annoying.

  • If you’re not in a rush, just wait until EOFY. The last 3 years there have been 20%+ off sales on most Sonos products at Good Guys, stack with a Good Guys cashback and you’ve got yourself a great deal.

  • I bought the arc ultra and sub4 on Saturday from JB HiFi. With the discount the sales person offered and 10% off gift cards it was cheaper than this deal.

The era 300 with discount are the same price Sonos had them on sale for yesterday.

    But still a good deal.

    • What kind of discount did they offer out of interest?

I had a 15% upgrade code to use from an old Sonos Playbase, I was hoping to double stack it.

      • Unfortunately, Sonos don’t let you double stack codes.

With the 10% off using JB hi-fi gift cards I probably saved $100 compared if I did the 25% off from Sonos.

However, it did mean buying lots of gift cards and extra time getting them scanned.

If this deal was available on the weekend, I would’ve just ordered it online and had it delivered

  • Worked for me. All I had to do was login to my existing Sonos account, and the 25% offer appeared. I never received an email though (maybe I've unsubscribed from Sonos marketing emails - cant remember).
