I'm not sure about spending $199 on a toothbrush but this is a big discount to RRP. It's about a 20% discount vs JBH. I can't vouch for the quality but the genuine replacement heads are overpriced. Amazon selling the the same price. For a cheeky few more dollars off, price match at chemistwarehouse.

Needs to be $79.99 or no deal!

    • 100%. That was a price error but idk. If it was available at that price you shouldn't have to pay more. A handle isn't worth $200 lol

  • Currently the same price on Amazon too https://amzn.asia/d/047mBlTG

  • On their eBay store also with FEB5OFF code for eBay plus = $189.05

The io3 does that same job, has the same motor, has the same feature which tells you if you are brushing too hard. Also, don't buy the black handle. All the toothpaste will show up. Buy the white-coloured handle so that you can buy the white brush heads which are gentler. The specific heads are called "gentle care"

The iO7 features an interactive B&W display, 5 cleaning modes, faster magnetic charging (~3 hrs), and a premium travel case, while the iO3 is a budget-friendly model with 3 modes, no screen, and standard charging. The gentle care brushes are the best and come in black or white. I have had my Black iO7 for two years and travelled all round the world. There is not a mark on it as it gets washed when used. BTW, on holiday my wife uses it as well but uses the white heads.

Anyone had any good third party heads for these? Tried some off Temu and they are absolute rubbish.

Seriously regret buying this, heads are sooo expensive and never seem to be on a genuine sale. Interested to see where others source theirs ?

Oral b pro 1500x is also an option, especially since the heads for that are cheaper to replace.

Can usually be had for $55-$80.

    • The old Oral B design is noisy and clanky compared to the smoother and quieter operation of the IO series.

  • What about the Coles USB rechargeable version at $25 (I think)

  • I regret going the iO series, its a great brush for sure, but the replacement heads are way too much. I wish I stuck to the regular oral b.

  • Super expensive heads kill the IO series
