@end0rphine: I can confirm this "Education code" does not work on the Govt. EPP so yes I would say only for the education store.
@Poimandres: I applied for this but never recieved my code. Also asked Samsung support as well but no luck. Is the code a generic one or user specific?

Still no multipoint support. No bueno. Samsung trying to create their own walled garden like apple. Even $50 nothing ears support multipoint and Bose/Sony buds do as well.

Dang.. I bought it at $287.10 at the Samsung website.
But I realised 9% Shopback (Pro) of $25.83 makes it almost the same price and Samsung ships it from Mar 6th rather than Costco's 11th.
IDK if they've fixed this but i got the previous model and while they sound great, they're infuriating bc they keep falling out of one's earhole in use. Many folks complaining so it's not just me
Haha I thought it was just my ears. I had the same experience, they would just not stay in there properly which meant I kept getting a poor fit on one of them and the ANC would be very poor.
I have gone back to the Buds FE (now I am trying Buds Core since one of them has died) and although they don't have all the wonderful features, they fit much better and stay in my ears.
I'm stuck with mine, I gather there are some third party flexible tips that are more grippy, I'll have to get some before they fall out into the washing up sink one day
Also return would be easier with Costco. 90 days. I don't see any special conditions like most retailers won't accept earbuds for hygienic reasons .
Some reasons most earbuds won't stay in my ear and keeping falling. So I will try from Costco this time.
