OZB_MARCHMADNESS_$500OFF

Hi OzBargain,

March Madness is here! Good all-rounder 1440P future-proofed rig today for under $2000. Currently, the best-priced RTX 5060 Ti 16GB system build on OzBargain and likely all of Australia and its market. A well-rounded system with Gen5 PCIe and M.2 support and an aftermarket MSI air cooler for the 7500F. Moderate future proofing potential and able to perform on AAA titles 1440P lightly.

Tough time with pricing, unfortunately, with pricing increasing all around and stock from all different times in the market. The system is fully built and warranted for 3 years with lifetime support at a price lower than DIY for this configuration. Understandbly it might not hit the spot for many OzBargainers, however it will be suitable for people in the market looking for a solid all-rounder.

I'm glad i bought your 7800 xt deal last year cuz these prices are insane.

    • Yep I also jumped on that deal. Lucky.

$500 off inflated prices? Pcpartpicker shows about $100 off, doesn't it?

    • -4

      A dollar is a dollar 😁.

      • +9

        And misleading is misleading

  • +15

    "1440P future-proofed rig"

    lol no

edit: im just gonna go ahead and downvote this deal, not for the price but for the misleading statement….

@Nebula PC - I can understand that the times are tough as proven by Allied, but if you can't keep it straight with OzB community, then you shouldn't be posting here.

    • Why is this misleading?

      • +4

        Because it isn't a 1440p future-proofed rig

5060 Ti 16GB is capable but you won't be maxing out settings at 1440p with it unless you only play competitive shooters and older titles

        • +6

Do not forget the Single channel 1x16GB ram stick, cl38.

Also just noticed this line "Great for future proofing and excelling on all kinds of AAA titles on 1440P." now that is a straight up lie!

          • +3

@Steakz: No worries! I'll update that, apologies. The intention wasn't to mislead or lie.

It is 32GB single-channel RAM, yes.

Thank you for your feedback and calling us out! I definitely made a mistake.

  • Question for experienced gamers:

Yesterday, I moved my gaming PC from my 55" 4K 60Hz TV (motion 100 Hz) to my 32" 1440p gaming monitor for the first time. Tried a few games, and didn't see any noticeable difference.

Specifically, Skyrim is 60fps on both, so obviously no difference.

Tried GTA V, which gave me ~140 fps playing at RT High setting. Was surprised this did not feel any different from playing on the TV.

    • +8

      What's the question?

      • Not sure. Am I getting more than 60fps on the TV with the Motion 100 spec? It's a 6-year-old cheap TV so seems unlikely. But I think I remember the Nvidia details show around 100fps or something while playing.

        • +2

Nope, "motion 100" is motion smoothing tech and doesn't actually display the 100fps you're GPU is actually.
Imo motion smoothing is worse looking and should be turned off

  • +1

1440p future proofed because there's no point making games for more powerful hardware until 2030 at this point.

    • 😭

  • Probably should focus on delivering your outstanding orders from previous deals before pushing to sell more here.

    • +1

All orders are on track within our advertised build time ETA of 15-18 business days. Please let me know if it is falling outside this time frame. We are checking this every day to maintain our service level agreement.

  • Do you guys accept Zippay by any chance ?
