  • Set the website currency to USD
  • Checkout with PayPal

I am more of a DF gal than a MF gal
& as they say, once you go black, you don't go back!

    • +3

Damn some touchy people on here, thought this was funny.

      • +4

Unfortunately with comments of this nature you’re judged by the thinnest skinned folk in the room and there just happen to be a few grapes in this room today.

        • +1

          Make that every day

  • +3

I don’t like how this one doesn’t stand upright.

  • +1

Not sure what’s going on, it adds to cart fine then when I add the code ‘AUMR12’ suddenly it says it’s not available to shop to my selected location. Change my address to my old capital city address and it would ship fine.

Don’t tell me AE are going down the road of Amazon and basically having most of their products not available to ship to anyone outside of the capital cities… if so, f**k AE - same as Amazon.

    • Where do you live?

      • Are you stalking again?

    • +1

      Same, live in Australia

    • -2

Works here with my regional addresses.

      • Regional WA. My old Perth address ‘magically’ works but change it back to my current address and it doesn’t, surprise surprise.

F**k the whole enshitification of everything.

    • Getting the same issue with my address in Sydney.

Any deals on the MF200? Thanks

  • +1

Hmm great price but thinking whether to hold out for the anniversary sale…

  • Do I just have a bad unit or is the battery on these complete garbage?
Doesn’t hold a full charge for even a week without use. Always completely dead when I want to use it.

    • +3

Bad unit, my MF50 holds charge for more than a week for sure

      • These batteries will die. Sucks yours didn't last long. My Opolar one is now a paperweight and I decided not to spend more money on buying a spot welder to rebuild the battery. Will look into ones that take power tool batteries instead

        • Oh yeah my Oplar died very quickly as well. I hardly even used it.
I'm OK with the battery dying after a while on the MF50, they're so effective and worse case, I'll open it up and replace it myself. Would like to learn some basic soldering skills anyways.

          • @Liger Zero: Too bad you can't solder batteries without some special equipment. You need a spot welder to quickly fuse nickle strips onto the battery terminals. Less common and likely to have over a soldering iron.

            • @IlIlIl IlI llIIIl: Can get nice little battery powered spot welders pretty cheap on AliExpress too

        • The MF200 has a replaceable battery. You can buy the genuine replacement batteries for around $35 on Amazon.

    • +1

Contact Wolfbox about it. I've heard they're good to deal with.

    • +1

I considered one of these and didn't want to worry about another device to charge so I got an air blower that is compatible with Ryobi batteries. It was cheaper and does the job

      • +1

This is the way. I also have a similar one that uses makita battery.

    • definitely a bad unit. I sometimes don't touch this for months and a full charge is still a full charge.

  • +1

Anyone use these for cleaning chalk off holds for bouldering?

  • +2

"Unable to apply promo code. The total after discount (excl. shipping) doesn't meet the minimum purchase amount."

AUMR06 works tho. Gets it down to $65.98.

    • Got the same error message but I then set my currency to USD and AUMR12 worked as expected. Charged US$43.64 = AU$61.31.

    • Code works fine, change the currency to USD

  • I ordered one using the code, paid in USD through PayPal, my ING card is charged for $61.59

  • Thanks OP. Got one for $65.98 with AUMR06 code.

  • Looks like GST wasn't collected. Mine worked out to $63.44.

    • +1

Yep products that are AU stock won't collect GST.

      • I was hoping I'd found a hack to avoid GST on future purchases.

  • Is the mf50 strong enough to blast off dust from inside my cpu?

    • Yep

    • Yeah it’s basically a battery operated version of a can of compressed air. Gets small jobs done. I’ve been using it to blow sand out of the back of my car and pram. You can blow dust out on the middle setting pretty easy.

      • Dang. What do people use the higher models for then? o_o

  • I can see these are very popular here, but I don't think I have a use of it….trying to justify it, any hints?

What's the diff between the DF & MF versions?

    • +1

      Dad and Mum edition

    • +4

What does the post here say?

      • -4

        That's helpful.

        • +6

          Extremely helpful

The DF100 is the black version of the MF100 and everything else remains the same.

  • +1

Is this good enough for car drying after wash?

  • Keen to hear if this or the 200 is any good for car drying too. Car is ceramic coated so the water beads.

    • I found it to be terrible at drying the car. It's good for blowing out water from crevices like behind mirrors, but really bad for getting it to move from large panels.

      Chamois much, much faster.

      • Agree, bit disappointed with mine.

  • is there a better cheaper alternative?

  • Thank you! Finally pulled the trigger on this.

  • @Clear Would you know if this can be checked in or cabin carry if carried overseas please?

    Thanks

    • +1

All electronics or electricals must be cabin carried

    • +1

No issues in carry-on, battery less than 100Wh.

Checked luggage will depend on the airline, many allow providing the device is completely switched off (not in sleep or hibernation mode) and has the on/off switch protected to prevent accidental activation though some still restrict to carry-on.
