No, simply learning and practise exams.

Its just reading material and practice exams. Theres no way you'd get vouchers for any of the exams. The RHCE itself costs like $500USD.

Yeah, I expected as much, would have been hell of a value otherwise. Microsoft used to offer some free/cheap Azure exam vouchers, so one could have only hoped.

I'm fairly certain MS still offer a discount on the AZ-900 if you attend one of their virtual training days (Thats how I got mine)
They also do applied skills competitions every now and then that award you with a 50% off voucher

Just did a quick search on reddit and it looks like all the mammothclub content is AI generated. Hard Pass.

Yep, HARD pass.

Looks like a udemy type bundle if you checkout mammoth

Always better off paying for quality training. There is so much trash out there these days.

Just get a job in IT support but I don't have much training/certification.
Would you be able to recommend some training providers/courses that I can take?
My employer is willing to sponsor me for the upskilling.
Hey there. Depends what area you want to get in to.
If you are looking to be a generalist MS person, learn Windows Server, including all of the core roles like ADFS, ADCS, ADDS, DFS. Learn Azure. Always useful to know MSSQL and failover clustering. It is also becoming more and more valuable to know Git, pipelines and a CM tool like Ansible, but I wouldn't put too much energy in to that until you get the basics.
For providers I really like Oreilly. They have lots of good books. They also have decent amount of videos. While they don't have the most content, from what I have seen it is all high quality. I have recently done a RHEL course there and it was great. They also offer a unlimited 10 day trial, which I would recommend to check it out and see if there are any courses that you want to do. Pluralsight has a lot of decent content, but a lot of it is out of date. Worth checking out the trial.
Lastly Microsoft Learn is really fantastic and free. If learning MS stuff I would use it as primary training and paid video training secondary.

Thanks for the suggestions, that's really helpful.
I'm in a private primary school and just got thrown into the deep end of things at work and find myself having to look up info about Active Directory, enrolling staff and students into AD and Azure, and now I've got to register laptops into Intune. It's pretty alright for now since I'm pretty tech savvy but I just wish I knew more about how these systems worked so that I don't waste as much time trying to find out more about how they connect together.
But you're right, Microsoft Learn has been amazing!

The job offers will be rolling in with that Diamond level vibe coder certification

Dumb question, but for clarification, does this include taking the online exam with Microsoft, Google, etc. and getting the associate certification from them, or is it just exam modules to guide you and certification from Mammoth Club
