For those paying in USD this is how you get the correct exchange rate in PayPal:

AliExpress trade in USD and setting overseas websites to AUD or letting PayPal do the currency conversion results may result in an inflated rate. To get the correct rate you need a card without international fees and do the following:

  • Set the website currency to USD
  • Checkout with PayPal
  • Select your card with no international fees
  • Click "See currency options"
  • Select USD to bill the card in USD instead of AUD
  • Proceed with checkout

Now you'll get the correct MasterCard or VISA exchange rate.

One thing for sure if you put 5 of them on your head you won't hear any noise

Realistically what do you reckon for $50

    • +1

Yes, you can pay 25% of the price and get 110% of the value. This is notoriously true for Chinese goods.

  • Cheap moddable headphones?

      AUMR06 sorry.

Anyone has these to share their experiences?

Anyone know if the overhead band is mostly plastic or metal? Same question goes for the part connecting the ear cups to the band.
Plastic would absolutely get broken with that sort of hinge (especially because I do not have a small head).

It’s $50, what do you think?

        • Wack.

        • Thanks mate. Somehow I didn't think to look at reviews and see if it was mentioned, I just really scoured the pics and description on the product.

      • Well that aged well, lol.
But anyway, I have bought several mostly metal headsets for like $50-60. Less feature rich, but good sets, like hyper X clouds and Corsair hs60. So it's it's absolutely reasonable to check, especially given its a lesser brand name, meaning they need more value to sell.

  • Thanks OP. got one

    • let us know how it is?

I was looking around for a cheap set of noise cancelling headphones only last week and settled for the QCY H3S. Purchased direct from QCY for US$30.XX and received in a week. Initial thoughts are very good.

  • The feature set seems great and the reviews on youtube seem to find them pretty good. I'm still using XM2s when travelling and it's the only device I use that isn't USBC so I'm hoping these can retire my XM2s.

These are also eligible for 13% cashback through TCB, so around $44 delivered.
