Slightly cheaper on Aliexpress after cashback.

Shouldn't everyone be receiving their $20 voucher from this deal today?- https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/943975

  • Nice, had an eye on a 50 for a bit, pulled the trigger.

  • DF200 only comes down to $109.99 for me with ebay plus

    • +1

      need to apply FEB17OFF

Can someone break down the model numbers here? Looking for something that can blow up pool toys and help light my barbecue coals

    • +1

      THE BIGGER THE BETTER.
lower number means less speed, less volume, so it will still blow up your pool toys, just not as fast.

  • Had the 50 for a while now. Love it. Recommended.

    • Ya. I got it for $40 I think. Bought 2… Peeps at the office absolutely have a blast with it.

  • +2

These are great devices, I have a 100 and 200 and they are both fantastic.

    • Worth getting the 200 if I already have the 100, hot swap batteries seems like the biggest bonus, plus flat base?

      • +2

Correct, you don't get the thin nozzle to inflate pool toys in the 200 though. Other than that, it's great.

        • Thank you 🙂

  • -6

These are terrible over a cheap $2 can from officeworks in my experience, but I guess it depends how often you use it…

    • +6

In my experience, the 200 is better than any canned air that I've used. Each to their own.

    • +2

      $10 and doesnt last long.https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/laser-clean-range-pressurised-air-duster-400ml-lascl1827f

I have the MF100 and feel its as good or better than the can.

    • +1

Where dis you find the $2 can?
      Share link please?

      • I'd like to know too - can't find it at that price anywhere

    • I accidentally bought this Turbo Jet Blower with two batteries. Each battery lasts about 15 minutes. It turned out to be very powerful, and instead of returning it, I decided to keep it because I'm really happy with it.

      • +2

I accidentally made my neighbor pregnant two times. Each time only lasted about 3 minutes. It turned out to be highly reproductive and instead of running away I decided to marry her because I'm really happy with kids.

Jokes aside, these turbo jet blowers are common in skin options. Find one that is suited for your current power tool collection battery brand system you have at home. The ones supplied with cheap tools usually poor cells.

        • Skin options are probably more powerful than an 18650 one (likely what this has inside)

I do have one of the mini vacuums that has fittings for the outlet (blowing rather than suction) and it works but not like a compressed air can. Not quite the same thing, these are likely more powerful than that, but depends how often you use it I guess.

If you want the real deal, I’ve seen makita vacuums that run in reverse too. Those would have some power behind them.

Damn, I paid $128 for the 200 last week on Amazon. A great tool though.

  • can someone tell me the difference between DF200 and MF200 please?

    • +6

      Colour. Nothing else.

  • +1

    Thanks, good price,
can't use eBay plus though so grabbed the DF200 from Aliexpress for $95 plus 13% cashback

  • Trying to get the DF200 but only getting $109 what am I doing wrong? it auto applied the 15% off discount, but still way more expensive than low $90s

    • It auto adds the sale code, but you need to add FEB15OFF as well

    • Had the same problem,I had to remove it from cart & add it again & paste the FEB17OFF

  • Is it good brand compared others? Was looking air duster but confused with so many brand in the market
    Cheers

  • Anyone have this also owning other sized air blowers?
I've inadvertently got a range over many tool deals: typical snail shape workshop blower, typical garden blower, and large unopened jet blower. Also a shop vac and tyre inflator with the reversible hose outlets if that counts.

The small handheld form factor and narrow nozzle would be unique here but not sure if that translates to anything I would actually use it. Convince me? lol

    • I have the 200, which is great but I also have the Milwaukee 18V brushless blower and it's even better. It's the size of a cordless drill and is also twice the price of the 200

      • +1

Plus, don't forget the buy-in cost of Milkwaukee stuff (batteries/charger) if you aren't already within the ecosystem.

        • True but I think that other cordless tool brands sell blowers

  • MF50 / DF60 are these strong enough to use as household duster (bookshelves / window edges) ?

  • +2

What's the difference between DF and MF?

    • +1

I am not sure why my comment is negged. This is a genuine question. This post links to DF200 on ebay and on Amazon I find the MF200 which looks almost similar and I am trying to work out the difference, if any, between them. Google doesn't help either.

      • +1

I asked on the Ali Ex deal the same Q
        No one replied

      • +1

        It'S OZ B they're a fragile bunch. A majority from reddit.

      • +1

I say this as an owner of a MF200 - as far as I can tell, the difference in model number just refers to the colour of the body: MF200 is silver, while DF200 is black.

        • +1

          Thanks so much!

      • +1

It's been negged because OzB is teeming with keyboard cowards/losers/wayne kerrs. Negging of comments should not be a thing on here and at the least, if you leave a neg, you should be required to post a reason.

From what I can see that there is no difference between the DF and MF, colour maybe.

    • +1

      Just colour.

      • Thanks.

      From chatGPT

      Wolfbox DF200
      • Airflow: ~45 m/s — good for light dusting (keyboards, small electronics)
      • Battery: Rechargeable — decent runtime

      Wolfbox MF200
      • Airflow: ~87.5 m/s — stronger blast for tougher debris (cars, workshop)
      • Battery: 6000 mAh removable — longer run and swap-able

More powerful: MF200 — stronger blowing performance.

      • I think that description is not for DF200 but for MF100.

  • +1

Thanks, been looking at these for a while now, great price

  • -1

Does the DF200 have one speed only or can it be controlled? Meaning increase and decrease the power/fan speed.

    • +2

If it's like the MF/DF100, that has three speeds.

      • Thank you

  • +2

There is no warranty mentioned inside the listing on ebay. Does anyone know if there is warranty?

    • +2

If you scroll to the bottom of the description and select "Returns" tab you will see 12 months listed there. This is also in their other listing pagebut ironically on that page, the ebay listing actually says 24 months.

    • According to the 'Preface' section of the user manual - Wolfbox offers 24 months warranty.

    • +1

Good luck with warranty though. I have sometimes returned stuff for ebay sellers and never heard from them again.

  • DF200 is about $30 more than the DF100 for the removable battery. I feel it can get slightly cheaper.

Edit: It's around $80 on Ali atm. Should I pull?

  • Please don't feel grossed out. Thinking of buying it and also using it to blow out food particles stuck between teeth, any thoughts?

    • Toothpick will be your best/cheapest option. The Australian invention Pikster is also a very good reusable eco friendly tool. I find it less effective for meat stuck tight between teeth. Dental Floss is highly portable but a bit messy, needs two hands. All of them are human powered, no need for recharging.

      • How easy is it to use the Piksters?

I found flossing too hard so don't do it. My teeth are super tight with barely any gaps which doesn't help.

I see they have the 000 "ultra-fine" option, might be good for me?

        • +1

If you find flossing hard with normal floss, try to buy floss with hard ends designed for braces. You poke the ends into your gums and slide it in instead of forcing it in between your teeth. Oral-B Super Floss is a good one. You can always buy off brands on AliExp they all contain micro plastics anyway. Piksters dont really clean in between the gum and tooth where floss does.

  • 'Should I pull?'

What you do in your private life is entirely up to you and no need to ask for opinions on here

This or ozito high volume inflator? Can someone recommend ?

    • todo what with?
A high volume inflator works with much hihgher static pressure found inside inflating things.
This device is a high speed air shifter…..much lower static pressure , might not even be able to actually inflate anything

Try using a leaf blower to inflate an air mattress and you'll get the idea

  • Thank you! since joining ozbargain I have always seen these come up and recommended. I work in a factory with compressed air guns, but often a hassle changing out the head between my nailer and stapler just to blow away some dust. This will come in handy. I got the DF200.

  • Found this comparison of the 50, 100 and 200
Tracked down the source and extracted the relevant pages if anyone wants to have a read.

This video gave a pretty good comparison of the 50 and 100. Not sure how relevant his ball blowing test is but still a good visualisation. He also did a comparison of the 100 and 200

In the end I just went for the 50 (prefer the flat base over the 60), compact with good run time and should be enough power for general dust blasting I will use it for. The 100 does seem like a pretty good middle ground though.

  • I can't seem to apply the FEB17OFF code and can only get the DF200 for 109.99. When i try to apply the code FEB17OFF i get "This code can't be applied to this order"

    What am i missing?

    • I think feb17 is for eBay plus member feb15 for non eBay plus

      • Tried that code as well but it didnt work. Tried several times. Maybe both are for ebay plus members only?

        • Code starts with feb….
          Checks date….
          It’s now mar….

  • +1

They're available again with code CBT20OFF since 10am AEDT! Here are the terms and conditions. Just bought the DF60 for $40.79.

  • MF50 arrived. All my crevices are so clean :P

Doesn't give any battery indication except when charging does it? I can hear a noticeable change in motor speed when it's near the end, but never know how far away I am from that as LEDs only display speed setting.
