OnePass memberships automatically renew annually, at the standard annual price, currently $40, unless cancelled prior. Offer available to new and returning OnePass customers. Valid online only.     I finally see one of these deals but I can't use it seeing I already have an active account…

    If your OnePass account is active, even if your membership is cancelled, you can't redeem this offer as it just takes you to the Manage Membership page.

        Has it been confirmed working to contact customer service to cancel the account and then sign up again?
        Edit - on the onepass site it says once that account is cancelled, you cant use that same email again. Which is a pain

        Just received an email with a $20 discount code to re-activate my membership which is now in a state of cancelling as it doesn't expire until the end of May (I cancelled a couple days ago to see if I could claim this offer).

        Maybe you'll receive the same if you don't reactivate it.

    Do we know from previous offer whether they keep the offer available till the last date or close it if too many redemptions. Seems this expires on 4th Apr and would prefer to buy it few days before that

      I signed up at approx 3am, it wasn't instant but it was already there when I checked at 1pm today. I can't give you the exact time I got it but it was under 10 hours in my case

      When I signed up for the promo they had a year ago for a free $20 voucher from the various stores, I had to follow up multiple times to get my Bunnings voucher. I contacted OnePass and they said Bunnings handles the voucher distribution. I contacted Bunnings and they first said that I need to contact One Pass. Long story short, I eventually got the voucher from Bunnings. Their customer service was good, but the fact that they both first advised to contact the other is always annoying.

      Sounds like for this promo they are at least sendig out the vouchers same day.

        Make sure the code populates after clicking from CBA. The first time it went from $40 to $20 as I was sent a $20 offer from OnePass directlytly. I closed the window and clicked through again, then when I logged in it showed $40 at top and the code entered starting with cba at the bottom.
        I screenshotted incase of issue.

        No worries - I also came to the post an hour after you when it didn’t work and have been checking daily since. I received the voucher about 15m later.

    Received reward about 5 mins after re-activating plan. Standard Kmart gift card which is good as can use in my regular barcode app.

        Catima. Android only but simple and to the point.
        Gift cards need the balance updated manually though, but the store apps seem to take so long to load, usually while standing at the checkout. At least in Catima it's instant.

      Yeh it was just a standard Kmart gift card but with only 60 days expiry.
