absolute BANGER of a deal! Thanks OP <3

    • +1

      What did you buy?

      • stocking up on some burt bees lip balm, colgate toothpaste and brush, mouthwash

  • OP… Note the reason for $25 credit

We’d also like to let you know we identified a quality issue with the complimentary Self Care Bag included in this promotion. We take the quality of our products seriously, so we’ve made the decision not to distribute the bag, but all advertised contents remain unchanged.

In place of the bag, you’ll receive a $25 Sister Club reward voucher*. These points will be added to your Sister Club account within 6 weeks. We apologise and are working with our supplier to prevent this from happening again.

I'm aware and had already mentioned in the post description. Also rang Priceline Pharmacy to confirm before posting the offer:

  • thanks OP bought $50 Mouthwash with 30% off the RRP. It would be 60% off if I count cashback and store credit. plus a free Self-Care Bag

    • Mouthwash is so regularly 50% off though at most stores

      • +1

but no free Self-Care Bag. So it is cheaper and you can get a free gift

        • @swamp potato The best part of the offer is the $25 reward voucher which is to replace the complimentary bag that has a quality issue.

      • What else do you suggest that is good value to be eligible for all these freebies then? Everyone's needs differ and if that's a good value to them, then your "regularly 50% off at most stores" input is irrelevant.

        See what I bought above

Stack with 20% cashback. My mouthwash purchase is getting cheaper with the cashback. I compare the same mouthwash that I bought (different size) with Chemist Warehouse 1.5L (value pack that usually I buy). After cashback, it's a little bit more but stacking with the Self-Care Bag & $25 Club Reward has made my purchase really good deal :)

I'm confused, is there a quality issue with the bag itself, that's why you will receive the products only (and not the bag)and the 2,000 points, , or do you just receive the 2,000 points plus a $25 voucher?

    • All the items in a brown bag and 2,000 Sister Club bonus points (equal to $25 reward voucher).

As per title and post description:

Thanks so much for your response, I still don't understand your comment though, first of all it says you will receive the items in a brown bag and the 2,000 point ($25 voucher) then It says there's a quality issue with the self-care bag so it's been replaced with the $25 reward voucher.
So do you receive the items in a brown bag plus the $2000 bonus points, or do you receive the bonus points plus another lot of bonus points due to the quality issue with the bag?
If there's a quality issue with the bag, why are they pointing that out if you still receive it, or is the issue with the actual bag itself, Not the items, therefore you still do receive the items plus the 2000 points?

I'm clearly having trouble understanding this. 🤔

@trixieb: That's great to know, thanks so much for taking the time to read my comments and reply to me!
What a great deal, thank you 🙏

Apparently the brown bag (non-paper) that the items were to come in smells fishy (literally), so the items will be moved to brown paper bags instead and a voucher thrown in for good measure.

website is down, that's a shame…and I'm also thinking how many products from these bags which are probably fine to use are going to end in landfill.

    • Website seems to be working. Try again. The $25 reward voucher is the best part of the deal. You can give away the free items if you don't use.

    • Valid thought, I'm looking at the products and figure that I would basically be binning everything eventually apart from the toothpaste, floss and wipes…
I'd think most people with a membership already have a regime and favorite products, switching over to random freebies could do more harm than good, $25 rewards is great though.

  • They refunded $15 worth of shower gel from my order as they are out of stock. Will I still get the free bag?

    • +1

Let us know! It’ll be too good to be true if they still shipped the bag!

      • I got the bag and will get the points as well.
Ended up paying $10 out of pocket for $40 worth of items.

        • you got the fishy bag?

    • Sorry no idea. The $25 reward voucher is applied later and you may not get that in your account either.

If it's C&C, you can cancel the rest of your order on 1300 88 44 11.
Hours of operation: 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday (AEDT) Priceline contact details.

If C&C, try a different store and reorder $50 of participating products.

Ordered with free delivery to home. Order already in transit.

  • got everything today. Fantastic deal, thanks OP!

  • How long is it taking people to get the bonus points? I'm still waiting.

  • Since we aren't getting the self care bag itself (due to a "quality issue"), and getting a $25 reward voucher instead, does this mean we will get $50 in reward vouchers the end?

    • +1

Please read the post description or my reply here.

  • +2

$25 Club Reward would be in your account now.

    • I got mine, thanks trixie. Any idea if I can spend it across multiple purchases? Does it need to be in multiples of $5?
