Based on product value, it’s approx 350 points per $1.
The banner doesn't appear on the other gift cards, but going into others (e.g. Bunnings) it does say "Earn 100x bonus points on the value of the gift card purchased e.g. buy a $50 gift card and get 5000 points. Offer ends 16 March." underneath where you select the denomination.

Can only use points to redeem the gift card, and cannot buy the gift card with money
Not sure if this is a good deal as I guess Telstra has gift card sales like everyone else? 6,200 buys you a $10 Amazon GC and you get 1,000 back.
6500 points is worth $10 roughly if anyone is wondering.
Also only priceline and DJ seems to be 100x
