JB Hi-Fi Exchange: Swapping Pixel 10a for 10 after Trade-in Started?

Hey guys, I just bought a Pixel 10a ($849) today at JB with the trade in deal but JB Hi FI have since dropped the price of the Pixel 10 to $997

and my pixel 8a can be traded to assurant for $230- Not sent via auspost yet

Will JB let me exchange the 10a for the 10

End price for Pixel 10a after trade in $419
End price for Pixel 10 after trade in $417

Is there any way I can swap the phone as the pixel 10a is not even opened yet.

In essence they should owe me $2 but I don't care about a measly $2 - let them buy a 7/11 coffee with it.

Any tips on JB's current flexibility with opened mobile phones for upgrades would be great. Cheers!

      I have not asked them but I have the coupon code for the Pixel 10 anyway as I was able to get both from the email link they sent.

      I assume I could do this by cancelling my assurant trade.

    I will go in after work and ask the question. I already downloaded the pixel 10 voucher too so I assume it can be just a case of swapping.

      This is an awesome deal at the moment for the Pixel 10. Traded in my Pixel 9 and was out of pocket $247

      Nope but they told me what to do and by the time I wait for bank transfers the offer will expire for all

    sold the phone via marketplace and used the cash and voucher to score the pixel 10 only being out of pocket by an additional 90 ish
