Bosch 18V Professional Impact Wrench Kit (0615990m67) - $183.27 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Blackwoods

1670

Seems Blackwoods is having a clearance on some Bosch items, but this one takes the cake, seems to have pretty good reviews and for the price you cant go wrong! For those who need a Bosch battery and charger for their new caulking gun, this is the deal! I also added the "BOSCH 0601372241 Random Orbital Sander @ $60.52" to get free delivery (spend $200+). This is a clearance, so stock will be limited.

Checking the price elsewhere, it averages over $1000…

**Random Orbital Sander will get you a free 5ah battery from a Bosch redemption.
**Credit to maso who mentioned this in the Bosch Caulking Gun deal

  • Is this good for car wheel lugs?

    • It would probably handle it easily as marketing pictures show it on trucks , note it’s 3/4" impact and around 3kg with battery.

    • +1

Only for removal otherwise too much, 350nm in the lowest speed

      • +1

Well, 350Nm is max on lowest. That would be achieved after 15 seconds or so. You could apply it for 3 seconds if actual impacting, then finish with torque wrench

      • +3

^ this needs to be in bold, italics & underlined.

And if you need it for undoing the nuts, you should probably have a word with your wheel/tire shop.

  • +4

Bought now, think later. Thanks OP.

  • +6

Isn't this the mob that sold last time loads of tools just to cancel and refund weeks later?

  • Got one!

  • grabbed one as well, needed some more batteries

  • +3

Thanks OP hope it goes through. will be great for cracking crank bolts and suspension bolts.

  • +1

The batteries alone should be worth the full amount!

    • +1

      2 x batteries are normally about $540.

      • +1

Right, not bad if it comes through!

        • +2

Fingers crossed eh? I ordered one too.
Just checked, batteries are $465 if purchased as a pair. Charger is $195.

      • True. But I don't know any one who's bought batteries in years

  • +1

got one - hope they don't cancel

  • +1

Ordered thanks op .crazy deal but probably get cancelled I added 2cans wd40 to get free shipping.

    • I paid the shipping, figuring if they cancel, I don’t want a refund less the cost of 2 cans of WD40 plus shipping, I want my money back.

      • Good point I guess if they cancel I'll hopefully cancel the whole order .

  • Bought, Thanks OP!

  • would this be impractical for Home/DIY use ?

    • +1

Yes, a normal 1/4" impact driver would be better for that. But if you need Bosch batteries this is a no-brainer, keep the batteries and sell the rest you don't need and come out way in front.

Hi mate, I am looking for a drill for delay home like drilling in Brick or woods mostly. Which model would you recommend

      • +1

What is a delay home?? Do you mean in the Bosch range or any? If you haven't got anything yet the Ozito is perfectly fine for DIY, for drilling bricks you'll need a hammer function drill. This post is for a 3/4" wrench that takes large sockets to undo and tighten large bolts and nuts , it's even too big for most car maintenance excluding crankshaft bolts and some suspension and driveshaft work.

        • Thank you @whitey. Apologies, It was a typo as I meant to say DIY home. I haven't have any so I will go with Ozito as you suggested.

          • @Reviewer21: If you're only drilling small holes in bricks a kit like this would probably suit, if you're not in a hurry keep an eye out for specials. Even though the Ozito's are fairly cheap already, they do get heavily discounted from time to time. https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-pxc-18v-brushless-hammer-d…
If you want extra batteries, these come up on special quite often also. If you are looking at drilling larger holes in bricks and concrete, buy a rotary hammer drill.

            • @whitey: @whitey - Thank you so much. Somehow, I missed to get see your response earlier. Appreciate you providing great details.

  • +1

    Thanks, bougth Wrench and Sander.
Do I need it? NOPE. but I want it, it's cheap.

  • Awesome deal!

  • I was actually in the market for an impact wrench, ordered, but I doubt this gets honored :(

  • +3

Thanks OP. Just ordered the orbital sander. The "free" battery (via redemption) is worth 6x what I've paid for the sander!. Fingers crossed the order is fulfilled.

Already a Bosch blue user, so great addition to my toolkit.

    • It's free battery AND charger, even better!

      • I already have enough chargers, but the 5Ah battery is a real win!

  • Thanks OP, Ordered one!

  • +3

This is a 3/4 inch impact wrench. Does not fit common 1/2 inch sockets without an adaptor.

Good deal, but definitely not for most people

    • You'll want full size impact sockets. This is a beefy tool that will put a lot of stress on smaller sockets, possibly dangerously.

  • +1

nice batteries… sell the wrench itself

    • +1

So you're telling me there's hope!???!?

    • +1

No it really doesn't… not until the item is dispatched

    • I ordered and received the following;

"This email is your order acknowledgement, and you will receive an order confirmation shortly with delivery details"

No invoice or confirmation yet. I am expecting an order cancelled…..as this is exactly what happened last time.

  • Thanks OP great deal, ordered one and added some drill bits that I also needed to get the free shipping.

  • Anyone having issues doing the redemption for the sander via boschs website?

    • +2

What's the issue you're having? I just did mine, took a few goes to realise you have to select battery AND charger

      • +1

This was my issue! haha thank you :)

        • +3

I did mine 3 mins ago, and just had the confirmation email that it's been accepted too. Crazy, considering I'm still not 100% the actual item will be shipped by Blackwoods haha

          • @jdawgydawggy: Damn that was quick. I've got a confirmation from Blackwoods, im assuming you have as well?

            • @Jbaarts: Do we need to buy first from Blackwoods? then we can do the redemption? or how please!

              • +1

@Anthony8888: Yep, you need to upload the receipt to bosch.

                • @Jbaarts: Thanks @Jbaarts

                • @Jbaarts: Did you upload an order confirmation or an invoice (receipt)? I've only got the order confirmation so far.

            • @Jbaarts: Yep, but I still don't trust it haha

              • @jdawgydawggy: looks like we'll end up with a battery and charger for free anyway haha

              • @jdawgydawggy: Bosch redemptions work, we did it with last December Bosch redemption, and got the free items.

          • @jdawgydawggy: Mine still stuck on pending.

  • +3

For the free redemption for the orbital sander, it's free battery AND charger, even better!

    • Don't forget to redeem both items. You have to manually add the items to the claim.

      • It's the Australian redemption right? And you just select both items in the drop down?

        • +2

          Yes and yes

      • How do you manually add it? which purchased item do you choose?

        • +1

Select the sander, assuming that's what you bought. Then There's a little drop down with 2 options for items to redeem. You select both, one at time. Saying that. I need to call them tomorrow as my attempt to submit failed and I can't retry. If your are successful, let me know if you get a email confirmation please.

          • @Pete Gabitas: I received an email titled 'Bosch Back To Work 2026 Promotion' with a reference number for my claim. There is a link to check the status. https://www.boschbluecrew.com.au/BackToWork2026/PurchaseDeta…. There should be a popup window to enter your claim number. It should say either 'pending, rejected, approved'.

            • @maf101: Cheers. I just went back and redid it with my customer reference number and it submitted ok. This time I got the mail. I'll call them tomorrow and give them the sales order number which I presume is what they'll need.

  • +1

Ordered too. Thanks OP. fingers crossed

  • Bargain, ordered thanks OP

  • Got my order in 14 minutes ago. Web order confirmation, but no receipt yet. Hope the deal isn't dead!

    • Me too. I’m not holding my breath.

      • +1

I got the order confirmation eventually :)

        • Thank you for the reply. Me too. Fingers and toes and eyes crossed.

  • Bought a Bosch Impact wrench from this deal in December for $79, and I bought an adapter from eBay to use it with Ozito batteries (3 x 4.0Ah batteries for $99). I guess buying this again would be an overkill for just DIY projects around the house, I guess?

    • +1

Definitely overkill. I'm in the same position as you, and already thinking I'll try get rid of this one on fb marketplace

    • Could you please supply link to your adapter - how are you finding it, does it work well?

  • Ordered,

Just looked at the price of 3/4" impact sockets - they're more than the impact wrench!

    • +2
      • +1

        Yeah that looks the business.

        Note MsKeggs said

"You'll want full size impact sockets. This is a beefy tool that will put a lot of stress on smaller sockets, possibly dangerously."

Possibly some truth to that - up to 1700Nm of Torque - but why would Mr Milwaukee make something that could come back and bite them…?

I'll probably grab one or two of the full size 3/4 that I use and adaptor for the rest.

    • +2

Buy a set of 3/4" impact sockets on Ebay for around $100. If you have 1/2" sockets already, buy an adapter but just be careful you don't bust your sockets as these have a fair bit of stick.

  • Ordered

  • +1

I've had some luck with blackwoods clearance - mainly on the ones that immediate pickup available.
On some occasions (like this occasion) it said available to order in a few weeks, and those orders did get cancelled.
    Fingers crossed!

  • +2

So apparently from the previous time they did this people waited a month for their orders, and then with no notifications orders were cancelled. Which is poor as. Hopefully they’ve improved their system to update so that people aren’t ordering clearance items that don’t exist.

  • -1

Got my order confirmation.looks like it is honoured.

  • What are you meant to select on the bosch redemption?

    • If you're meaning on the original page, I couldn't select anything until I disabled my adblocker. I could then select the Australian redemptions after refreshing the page.

      • Thanks

  • I'm now curious how many battery platforms the average ozbargainer owns

    • +3

bosch 18v and 12v, makita, ryobi and ozito. just buy what ever is on sale and milwaukee jacket, light and vacuum cleaner.😂

    • If only bosch had a good as ryobi range of products to use the batteries with.

  • Does Bosch accept the sales order confirmation for redemption or does it need to be a receipt ?

    • -1

      no chance

    • Mine was accepted. Using the confirmation

      • Is it going to be approved without the invoice?

      • +1

Noting that accepted and approved are two different things. Let us know how you go, but doubt it will be approved without the receipt / tax invoice.

  • -6

I wish you left this a few days as I order a few yesterday and hope it gets honored.

  • do i need it? no

    did i buy it? yes

    • Will you get iit? No
How long will refund take? 6 weeks

      • lol, i'll pick it up if they didn't cancel everyones order.
refund time doesn't matterto me, my credit card has a huge limit. :)

        • my credit card has a huge limit

With that comment, are you hoping for a Hugh G Rection from everyone? 😜
