    @shonkysplonky
Congratulations 👏🎉 on your first post. 🥇🏆📯
    Keep sharing 😁

  • How do you put these on? My ones slide onto the arm so not sure why they think this will fit my car

    • +3

You should check if they fit your car or not. If they do, then the whole blade slides off from the main arm (at least in Subaru)

    • +2

These ones usually clip in replacing the end frame. I got some of them last year and they’re the best wipers I’ve ever had

    • If Bosch says they'll fit, they'll fit but may come with adapters to do so.

    • Check the Fitnent Guide when ordering.

      Simples.

Hey I'd appreciate useful feedback that led to this downvote being negged.

Entering my rego correctly identifies my vehicle as "ISUZU MU-X 2013-2021 SUV - AWD".
In the list of compatible parts I see Bosch BBA550 AeroTwin Plus Windscreen Wiper Blade Single 550mm for $27.71 and Bosch BBA475 AeroTwin Plus Windscreen Wiper Blade Single 475mm for $25.87.

Adding them to my cart changes their prices to $28.95 and $28.10 respectively. Both advertised prices fell within this deal, but adding to the cart puts one out. That, to me, is a valid issue with the retailer?

I get that you like this deal, but what is wrong with my downvote reasoning? (not asking because I care about fake internet points, just … ozbargain has really changed if we can't use our vote to warn others of potential issues obtaining the deal / advertised price)

      • it's not what you said… It's how you said it!

        • +3

Really? How would you better convey what I experienced?

  • +1

Bosch BBA650 AeroTwin Plus Windscreen Wiper Blade Single 650mm $26.00 before delivery

A871S Tesla Model 3 is $49 the same price as Amazon (Amazon has free delivery)

    • Indeed then you can use the savings to purchase the 500ml Bosch Windscreen concentrate $10.49

    • Hi yes true true, the twin packs don't have the same savings as the 'Plus' range priced in post even if they do still show in the posted link

      • Anyone able to link the link for 2021 Tesla Model 3? I tried looking it up the website and its not showing

  • -1

Hi there, does this fits to Rav4 Cruiser Hybridge Any link from this that fits to rav4, hybridge 23, any thoughts people?

  • damn none for me

      wipertech is shit bro

      • -1

        Damn that's crazy

      • +1

had wipertech and they were good for about a month before they started streaking and squealing. horrid brand

        • +1

yup, if you park outside, the rubber dries practically instantly and goes hard in the summer heat.

    • +2

      Yeah Wipertech sucks.

    • Youtubers never have your best interest at heart. Only their pocket. So if you're born a sucker, they'll get ya.

      • I have a DISPLATE which displays the message "Youtubers advertise SHIT; don't fall for it". I think about these facts everyday during my gfuel.

  • nice post. sadly just got mine couple months ago.. price beat from supercheap and got a pair for around 40. RRP was fxxking 99….

  • +3

Scour pad your old blade edge first, and also scrub windscreen with detergent and water.

If your blade is still attached, it will work 99% better doing the above.

    *Repeated from old wiper posts

    • I knew about the glass, but usually just did the same with a cloth and soap on the blades.
      Never thought of physical agitation.

Problem is by the time I try this trick and wait for rain, the deals gone!

    • PS: Do not use a scourer for the scrubbing your windscreen part! Might seem obvious but it wasn't for me as a youngin, (profanity) my whole windscreen.

      • You can get specialist nylon scour pads for glass (usually white) . Used for aquariums and pools. Don't need it for a car, unless embedded off road "stuff'.

Do not use a green one ….as you now know….

        • Don't judge a scouring pad by their colour, different manufacturer different colours.

Just rub on a tiny corner on someone's glass you hate, use all your might with one finger tip, if it reveals lots of micro scratches then its not for glass. This scouring pad fibers is impregnated with abrasive.

Most white scouring pads are plain plastic fibers so they are quite safe but always test first.

    • correct me if i am wrong - but you would do the scour pad part only if you plan to use your current blades and not replace them, correct?

      • +1

Yep. The blades "go off' as the blade edge develops scale. Remove the scale and you have nice soft, sealing rubber again.
The glass builds up road grime.

        Get the two right…happy days.

Really, the only reason to replace a blade is when it has fallen apart.

        • Rubber will harden and trap lots of grit, it will scratch your glass as it wipes. When you see these micro wiper curve lines on your windscreen it's too late. They are also impregnated with graphite as lubrication to avoid juddering, these also used up with time. They are cheap, so change your wipers.

          • +1

@skillet: Absolutely do when they fall apart. The scour pad removes this 'hardened stuff''.
47 trips around the sun experience. Get approx 8 years per blade. Never had a scratch on glass.
Blades are waaayyyyy too expensive for what they are (in my opinion). But, of course, you do you,
Down to my last SCA $1.50 for 2 sets pack. All gone when cars sold, never had one split.

        • This is the way.

Every time I fill up (which is not that often) I clean the windscreen with the servo squeegee, and each wiper blade gets a once over with the foam strip on the back of the squeegee. Easily get 5+ years out of a set of blades. But make sure they're quality blades in the first place, like these Aerotwins.

    • First time I heard about this and I'm usually pretty good with DIY car maintenance.

I'll do it next time I need to replace my wipers, no harm in trying.

  • +5

My $3 Aliexpress ones are still working fine after a year. It's hard to go back to paying for something that is over 5x the price.

    • +1

I thought so too until they started to squeak and smudge. I upgraded to Bosch and it is light and day, I just didn't know any better.

      • They definitely dont last as long as Bosch but there's a secret to getting more mileage out of the cheap ones. You might find that they slowly slide down the rail a bit over time, which is what causes the squaking and smudging. If you slide it back, it works like new again.

        • Tips to find the right one for your car please?

          • +1

@Lord Ra: Just make sure your car uses the hook type ones as that's what the generic Aliexpress one are. Once you confirm it's the hook ones, you just need to order the correct length wiper blades.

          • @Lord Ra: Put your vehicle rego in so it can filter to your car - worked for mine. Just click the big orange "Add a Vehicle" button.,

            • @tasirith: Thanks @tasirith, typing in my rego worked for me. Even just to check if you've selected the correct wiper.

    • Totally agree!

    • I ordered a full set for an XTrail for $6.99 yesterday and glad to see you are happy with yours.

    • AU$2.48 buys you a pair of Silicone wiper blade refill which last at least three years on my car parked outdoors 24x7.

      • Do they streak like crazy? or ok?

  • +1

Thanks OP. Ordered a set of Bosch Aerotwin for my Audi Q7. Interestingly only the rear and front passenger blades showed up when filtering by my vehicle rego. The front driver AP700U blade only showed up by searching manually and said it wouldn't fit my vehicle, which is incorrect as I have these currently fitted. Must be an error.

  • Will this fit in a mazda 3 2012 model? And is it easy to install wipers?

    • Yes and yes. I have the same car.

  • A silly question: is the price for a pair or each? The picture only shows 1 and the spec says one measurement

    • +1

Price is for one. You need two (unless you car only has one wiper blade):

      • Fitting Position: Driver side, Front; and
      • Fitting Position: Front, Passenger Side.

It'll show up in the product page under "Fitment Details".

    • FYI there are twin sets but you need to confirm which set will suit your car. For example I believe Mazda 3 "BN" model needs this set: https://automotivesuperstore.com.au/bosch-ar604s for $43 which has a 600mm and a 450mm blade in it. The sets don't seem to have changed in price much since the last time I bought one from them but ends up being cheaper than buying singles.

    TopCashback!! 💰

Dont forget your 2.5% cash back for this store.

    • Forgot to add that to the post! Or Shopback for a meagre 1.2%, if it applies to discounted products…?

  • Someone from the last Bosch Aerotwin post reccomended "Xukey" branded wiper blades off Ebay. I bought them ~Jun, 2025 for a Honda HRV and to my suprise they're still in great condition 9 months later… no streaking, no skipping.

Car is parked outside in the sun, leaves, and all so I do give them a wipe here and there when leaves get in.

But for $17 delivered for pair of entire wiper arms… I can't fault it

  • +1

Terrible delivery time, after waiting nearly 2 weeks. I had to email and call them to dispatch my order. Although before and after you order, it says it will be dispatch in 1-2 days.

  • Noob question, which one would go on t roc 2023? I only need rear ones so can’t figure out how to chose

  • +1

For my car (Bosch A188S) Amazon has price matched and free delivery (though no free washer fluid).
    Supercheap auto too.

Worth checking to avoid shipping costs!

    • amazon do price matching?!

Gents give Jenok Wiper Blades a go they are great. $59 pair (4 blades)
    + 2 Refills
    + 4 Cleaner Additives
    + Customer Support
+ Free Delivery to your door
Add $10 for front & rear wiper bundle and pay $69

    $59 for
    2x Blades
    2x Free Refills
    Free Delivery

    • Aussie Made too

    • Anyone can attest? Direct comparisons to Bosch would be great. Sounds like a sweet deal if the quality is there

My most recent aerotwin purchase performed pretty average…

    • -1

How is this a better deal than Bosch.

You're paying more for a no name brand (might as well be Temu brand), the product has no retail box store presence for you to see and pickup the wipers and seeing how expensive parcel delivery is in this country, a quarter of the money you're paying is going solely to delivery, not the product.

Just stick with Bosch or keep your original OEM wiper housing and purchase cheap refill blades to put on

  • I’ve bought a couple of pairs of these on sale and do recommend.

Also I went to supercheap and got them to price match and order them in. Came within a couple days if not on shelf
