Clearly not the original customers that got screwed over.

When did i get screwed over? …..Cardholder since 2011

If you don't already have the shoppers protection insurance then it's highly likely there are better options available on the market for you that can achieve the same/better benefits as the current Latitude offering and with a lower fee.
The only reason I still keep this card is because of the price protection, but the moment I finally reach the claim limit, I will close the card immediately.

@Craze: Disappointingly lifetime, mind you I havent seen many or any posts on reaching $20k, just some saying they are close.

Shoppers protection has had me keeping it.

Same reply to this same question that's asked every time a 28° post is made on OzB…
The vast majority of people that are willingly choosing to keep this card even with the fee are those that still have access to the absolutely overpowered price protection insurance (which no other card currently on the market is able to provide).
It's basically a free $20,000 for the cost of $8 a month for however long it takes me to hit the claim limit, which is more than worth it. I would literally need to hold this card and pay the fee for over 208 years before I'd end up being worse off…

About year ago I received offer to return and pay no fees for 2 years, so I returned :)

Thanks OP- nice table too! I got the Special GC deal which is what I'm most interested in. Everything else is pretty meh.

@Craze, @its
How did u get this deal? I have searched and searched but cudnt find it.I don’t think I am looking at the right place. Can you please tell me where and how to find the deal on my Latitude Credit Card?
Thanks

@dealBuoy I don't think it shows in app.. comes in email only for me..

Thanks mate. Completely missed the Special gift card rebate when I first scanned over the email.

Also Got $4 off $20 at Harris Farm.

Me too [ Harris Farm]
Oops no ( $2 back if spend $20)

Weird mine says $4 back if I spend $70
at Ampol !
How did you receive this promo … via email?

Yes sent to email associated with my Latitude account.

after like 20 years with them wizard/28deg/lat. they unilaterally canceled my card back in November for having an "overseas residency". Since I only used the card overseas and the last 2 times that I had unauthorised transactions (happens every 2 years or so) on it I had them send the replacement card overseas because I was travelling at the time. So they cancelled the card but happily kept charging me the $8 monthly fee for like 5 months till I noticed. Then they demanded to send them yet again all my paperwork (ID, bills etc.) the same as 2 years ago when they were hacked and I had to do all that. Had enough of their attitude and I canceled the card last week after 20 years or so :(

I cancelled mine after 20 years in August. I lived overseas for 5 years of that 20 years after using up my 1 year monthly account credit. Just glad I never have to call them and have to verify my account through AI prompts, only to have to reverify myself again when a human answers. And how direct debit would take days to process to avoid BPay. I moved to Bendigo Bank, they have PayID it's so great to have your balances updated in realtime for a CC.

I have a gem visa card. Is 28° better?

why do i never get any offer

Do people still hold these cards?
