You can buy C8K often cheaper than this. Much better tv. 3 years warranty. And not having to deal with samsung.

QN70F is a 2025 entry-level Mini LED TV with lower native contrast and limited local dimming. It is also edge-lit, which can result in flatter, less detailed images in dark scenes.

    • i am desperately looking to buy the c7k for this price, it will be a jackpot if I can buy the c8k.
      Any references would be helpful.

      • Wait and pray. I have let 85 C8K go at $2100. Now kicking myself for not buying. Even 98 inch was 4k.

I went to JB hi-fi today
And ask them to give me a good price on the C7 K 85 inch and all they did was $25 off

          • @bargainhuntr: Wait for the clearance to start. I think TCL isa bit slow ij bringing its models to Australia. Might start next month

@bargainhuntr: The PRC way… Get the marketshare then jack the price. It doesn't help Samsung did the dirty on their customers with the mini-leds and analysing their viewing.

I got my c8k 85" for $2100 basically someone posted their invoice on OZB and I went into jbhifi and tried to get them to price match, they wouldn't but offered me $2100 + $50 delivery

Got to be patient, wait for a sale to come up and then hopefully someone who can negotiate gets a good price and posts their receipt so you can go get yourself a deal.

          I used this invoice.

      • Sony 85 carton damaged special was under $1700. Maybe some left if not all gone. Reviews put it very close to C7k (better in some aspects, not as good in others).

Yeah - Samsung trading on their reputation at this point.

The way I see it is - LG still makes the best OLEDs, TCL now make the best LCDs (incl. local array dimming…etc.), and Hisense are really aggressive on price and have some great deals. Samsung is just squeezed from all sides.

      • Owned a few and they have been good but the whole fake mini-led and analysing customer screen data isn't great. Hard to go back until they start respecting their customer base.

    • I'll pay a premium to avoid Samsung OS. A pointless mess.

  • i need a 55" one

55inch comes in at $1,079.40 @samsung education. Then add on whatever of the 3 promotions you can gain

  • $1,999.50 on EPP store

  • Just get a 27" 4K Samsung monitor, and put it closer to your face.

  • For anyone that is with Union Shopper or with Government (potentially), there are heaps of deals there.
Plus, you can get discount code for another 5% with proof of a Samsung phone.
I'm going for the 85" Neo QLED QN1EF - which is the online exclusive model - $1,799.00
You can get $100 off with them removing your old TV. (Any brand, any condition) - Which saves me disposing of it as well.
With the 5% discount code it comes down to $1,614.05
