I saw the Logitech posted for $99 and remembered I had this open in a tab. reviewed well and I thought this was good value but I don't need a mouse right now.
Since I've had the tab there I have seen it Sold by Amazon JP and was initially $37~$38, then dropped to $33~$34. but I think it can get cheaper than this with crashing yen.
White and Black available.

Logitech seems to support 3 device seamless switching, compared to just 2 for Xiaomi. Both seem to have silent switch (click) feature. I don't think the Logitech has 2.4Ghz option (I find 2.4Ghz connection more stable and greatly increases battery life, I was told the tiny USB dongle thing is tied to your mouse specfically though, so don't lose it!).

Click the price on the right where it says "Get it faster" before adding to cart.
if you don't have Prime you need to spend at least $59 on international items for free shipping. (ime it works with different regions e.g. JP + UK + US)

tbf Logitech is often called the best of mouses. with Features such as this:
"Pair MX Anywhere 3S to work on multiple computers and cross-OS - and transfer text, images and files between them. - just copy on one and paste to the other. (7)"

you need to install their app though. To enable the copy-paste feature (specifically, the cross-computer "Flow" functionality) on a Logitech MX Anywhere 3S, you are required to install the Logi Options+ software.

I have the Keys to Go 2 Bluetooth keyboard. and installed the app to update it and access the customize top keys feature. the customized key doesn't carry over to other device, unless you install the app on all devices. also I updated the app once and it now has some corny "AI" feature on it now. which I never use and wonder why it's even there.

    • Even without that feature, The M585 and the anywhere both are very ergonomic and good mice. The MX Anywhere has a steel wheel too which feels nice. The price is a lot more though.

      • ok sure if it's worth it for you. I'm know it's worth it for many people since Logitech still is very recommended and common in mouses. there will definitely be some gap between $30~$90 mouse. edit:I just added the battery type to the post, because I could not find it anywhere on amazon.

also not accussing you, but a question for whoever thought my comment above was incorrect information, which part did I get wrong?

I thought I was propping up the logitech because of it's cool feature, but also included a psa about requiring the app to be installed on every device.

I also shared my honest experience with Keys to Go 2 (great keyboard btw). just was unhappy with forced opt in to AI feature with an update, which I don't even use (do any of you actually use it and find it useful?). Keys to Go 2 is probably the best slim keyboard I have ever used, switching between devices is super quick with a button press, and even if you start typing within the 1 second it takes to connect, it remembers every letter and sends it through straight after connection. so good.
on top of that 2 years battery with just 2 coin batteries. it's been almost a year and I'm still seeing 100% battery. and I hear lasting more like 3 years if not heavy use.

My wired Logitech is still my daily. Over 20 years old now.

  • What is bluetooth battery life?

I checked the mi.com page I linked to and it doesn't say.

One feature that I take for granted with my Logitech MX Anywhere mouse is the tracking sensor. It works on any surface , and it's very accurate.
Haven't found any mouse that matches it. How are the sensors in these?

Official CN store price is only RMB 69, that's like AU $19… Such high mark up?

  • This looks like the Logitech M650 - how does this compare?

Absolutely love my M650 but looking to purchase a second mouse.

Mouse 3 is only $30 and is longer mouse (different shape as well).

AA battery as well, angled 45deg towards the back right. Would be a rear-heavy mouse, but not that it matters as much for office work.

Looking for a full sized mouse, equivalent in size to MX Master 3S. Any good reasonably priced suggestions other than Rapoo?

  • Any idea of the polling rate on these?

Is this the same as the $18 one on Aliexpress?

I've been using a M720 Triathlon for work and switching between devices, so was curious how this stacks up.
