unless u r training to be a mercenary or other special needs… it became boring really fast
It's not really the boring factor for me, but more on the myriad of restrictions on flying it in residential areas that's preventing people from being able to fly this anywhere they want as a hobby hence why most of the time its just sitting in its case.
@blahoz: my bro is really into new things, he purchased drone and head gear vr way before there was a restriction. i played it for serval hours and decided no more…
even he sold it a few weeks later, then a few years past purchased a newer model and sold weeks later…
I don't find it boring at all, love my DJI Mini 4 Pro. Not really for the flying itself, but for the photos and videos. But what annoys me is that it's the places like national parks, where you have the best sceneries that you're not actually allowed to fly. And local Facebook groups are full of people who jump up and down if they as much as hear a drone anywhere near their houses. They seem paranoid and think that someone must be using a $1500 drone to canvass the rusty garden chair in their backyards…

Getting a cheap but reliable drone like DJI is good for house inspections etc. Useful for checking condition of your roof etc.
Mine sits in a cupboard, great to use when you need to but yeah its not an everyday thing
This is a great price and the drone is excellent, I have the mini 2 which is the 2020 model of this in most specs and its a great fun to use and the video quality is great,
The only thing I wish my Mini2 had was the ActiveTrack option found on pro drones, so make sure if this is important to you as the 4k doesnt have this either
