I ran a deal a few months ago for 400x Cetirizine 10mg with a shorter dated 70x Cetrizine Box included in the deal (470x Tabs total), while sales went really well and we cleared nearly all of the allocated stock, I had a few requests to swap out the bonus item with X or Y, while I hate saying NO to clients, its just too hard to have every 3rd order a special custom pack so I knocked back a few sales, but I thought I'd loop back around with the same deal, only this time including the option to select the bonus item from our clearance bin selection.
