If you care about after sales service - do not buy sony. Coming from experience. Family has been 2-3 decades of Sony ecosystem users, not anymore.

30 years of Sony products and I've never had to contact after sales service so this is news to me.
Twice in the last three or so years for me :(. Both times it was terrible. Somy Referb sound bar was nonworking out of the box. 10p month old new TV lasted 9 months before screen decided to go malfunction. Sound bar took 2-3 months to get back - TV over one month of difficult conversations and missed appointments. I have been buying Sony for years because of their quality - but no more.
I was looking at this in JB the other week and I settled for the QCY H3S which cost about $43. For less than a third of the price, I feel it's better in everyway from the sound, anc, fit and comfort and long battery life. Other users have mentioned the mic is not the best but I don't use this.
Tried to pricematch with JB and they refused as a Telstra ID is required :(
$160 last week at amazon, $177 JB etc. Looks like $140 was the amazon price from BF to new years so others should be able to price match Telstra easily.
