That cool but you need to pay for a subscription for that.

Plus you have to use your mobile phone as a controller which sux and the graphics are not as good seeing a TV is obviously much more hardware limited than a console.
If you have Netflix and no console or PC for gaming then it's cool, but definitely not as good experience.

Yeah. I'm interested and will try it tonight. I don't think the graphics will be that bad as it's not a graphically demanding game. There is a chance it will only work on certain devices but I will figure that out tonight

It's literally just cloud gaming 🤮

Good deal but don't buy the upgrade pass from Australia if you want a save a few bucks (around $9 aud)
If you want it cheaper you need to change your region to japan for a short time and use a gift card from here https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B09999M8HV (Amazon takes forever to send the gift card so don't worry if it takes hours or days to come, make your Amazon jp account in the Amazon app so you can avoid using a phone number and use a fake address)
Once you have the card go to your Nintendo settings and change your region to Japan (this will sign you out of all your devices but you just have to scan the QR code and link it again on the console)
Go to the redeem code page and add the code.
Go to this link here https://store-jp.nintendo.com/item/software/D70050000064985 and add to cart.
Pay with the gift card credit and then switch your account back to Australia.
Don't use this to buy the main game as it's not an even number of yen so you won't be able to change back to Australia region with credit on your account but because the upgrade is 1000 and the gift card is 1000 you won't have any issues as long as that's all you buy.

Thanks! Any other games from japan worth doing this for as well?

Yes. You can buy any game from japan you just need to use sites like https://eshop-prices.com/?currency=AUD and https://www.dekudeals.com/ for any gaps (change to jp region) and it has a better search for game deals and you can look at them on eshop prices to see if they are really are the cheapest in japan because deku doesn't do cross region comparison which is a shame but that's why I use both to find games. But as I said you need to make sure your total adds up to the amount of credit you have in your account. I have heard that you will get stuck if you have credit still left in your account and you can't use a credit card to buy something to clear the credit. For me I go shop for deals and when I get close I find something that's exactly the amount I need and then add it and change back.

For exact games that are worth buying it depends on what sales are on. Sometimes it's cheaper in Australia because we have one of the cheapest eshops but the switch 2 upgrades are always cheaper in japan and sometimes they are 10% off on Amazon jp so it's even better and you don't have to fiddle with getting everything the right price because you just switch, redeem and then switch back. The ones I have brought have been Nintendo first party games, upgrades for physical games and those Nintendo vouchers but they are gone now 😞. I got the entire famicom detective club series which I loveeee.

Is this included in all you can eat version?

Not this version. The overcooked 2 content is included but the all you can eat version doesn't work on the switch 2 and by extension doesn't have a switch 2 version. It's very strange but for some reason that's how they have done it. I would have much rather had a switch 2 version of all you can eat but yeah

Just bought this the other day. I decided to test out the non upgrade version before deciding whether to pay the extra $20 for the upgrade and visually the Switch edition is fine.
I'm confused if the Switch 2 Upgrade includes all the DLC or that is only applicable if you have purchased the DLC already?

No it just gives you the upgrade. You still would need to pay for the dlc and or the season pass. I think I bought the deluxe edition but that doesn't exist anymore?

This game since 1990 i think… Obsolete

What does this mean?

Means decades have passed. No new game

It's not even 10 years old. I mean do you want them to make a whole new game you have to pay for again?

Anyone see you can play Overcooked on Netflix now?
