        Many clients email our paypal address and not our customer support address - I am here online now, please do me a solid and send a PM with your name and order number. We now send around 4,000 items per month yet everytime someone has an issue they jump into the comments and dissuade others from buying from us, drop me a PM now and I will look into the issue now.

          @jason101: I have found your order as your name matches your Ozb username - Your order shipped 12 working days ago to a regional address, the item ships as an A4 envelope. 10 working days is the average delivery timeframe, given you live in a remote regional area, a few days longer is normal. Please look out for an A4 envelope in your post box.

  I probably should add a little plug for: Priorty Post as I haven't mentioned it for a while. Priority post will literally HALVE the delivery time of letter items, we charge $1.49 for this service https://auspost.com.au/sending/letters-australia/priority Also if we have hundreds of items to process and can't get to all items in one day, I always try to get all the express and priority orders out (in that order). Generally our processing time is around 1 working day, but when we get swamped with orders, if you are in a hurry but don't want to stump up the $7.99 for parcel delivery with tracking, the Priority Option is worth considering.
