        I also thought they'd get you with the shipping cost, but I went to checkout the other day (just out of curiosity) and it didn't add any shipping (just some taxes but it was still under $600 total). I don't really understand how they could ship something so heavy for so cheap.

          Fine print.. the $600 is for a deposit towards an excavator.

          You need to customize your machinery and freight needs for a final price.

    Is it normal for pending items to reach the full 18 weeks to become "payable"? I have more than 60 items dating back to mid November - all are affiliated and were confirmed as received within 10 days after purchase …

        Some stores give discounts for larger orders also.
        So if i order 3 shoes from 1 store… i get more store discount code.
        but then i lose out on the cash back.

          Orders of multiple items are tracked as separate transactions and the cap is per transaction so you should be fine.

          However, the wording isn't clear whether quantity purchases of the same item counts as "multiple items".

        Actually just saw I had an email for it at 6pm which says 22nd too: "($30 cap per order) *T&Cs apply. Boosted offer ends 23:59 AEDT 22 March 2026."

        Maybe they changed the offer after sending out the promo.

      Cashback has 1 requirement always. Product has to be affiliated. On the desktop site when you click on the bundle deal listings there is a small blue 'Copy link'. Or with a bit of tinkering this script tells you automatically.

      Orrrr do i what I do. Just go for it and treat it like a lottery. If it's affiliates and tracks yay and if it's unaffiliated and doesn't track oh well.

    What if my cart has both affiliate and non-affiliate items? Will they track only the affiliate correctly for cashback or the whole cashback becomes void?

      It will track the affiliated and won't track the unaffiliated. It won't void the whole transaction.

    I'm still waiting for the tracking. Usually, TopCash tracks AliExpress within an hour for me, but it’s been 2.5 hours since my purchase. Hopefully, it will come through — probably a lot more traffic on this deal.

    Still no tracking after 2.5 hours. Usually it’s within an hour for AliExpress.

    Will the tracking get lost if you order 10 minutes after clicking the link in Topcashback assuming you didn’t click anywhere else but kept browsing in AliExpress for that long?

      You’re not alone. Checked and definitely affiliated. My purchase hasn’t tracked for almost 12 hrs after purchase. I used web version with the TCB browser addon confirming tracking.

        I used mobile TCB website for the click, then it opens AliExpress app. Tracking happened 10 minutes after purchase. Never had issues. Maybe try that?

          I did just that. Checked that all items were affiliated. Still not tracked after 9hours. Previously I didn’t have this issue going through the TCB app > AliExpress App.

            @jtay1991: I cancelled my web browser order and made another order but this time by using TCB App>aliexpress> Get 20% Cashback button>says TCB says it’s tracking>opens up aliexpress webpage with open aliexpress app button>press open aliexpress app then make order.

            Made order with the above and still haven’t received TCB email saying purchase is tracked

            What am I missing?

    I made about ~20 orders in the last few weeks when there was the 13% cashback. All but one order tracked. The one that didn't track of course was the most expensive out of the bunch and yes I checked it was eligible before purchase and went through the same link/process I did for all the other orders. I made a claim within a day or it not tracking which got put 'on ice' for a week before being looked over then submitted to the retailer (Aliexpress).

    It's been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. There's no reason that one order didn't track and the wait time to hear back is very long. The online form says I need to wait up to 90 days to hear back from the retailer which is extremely long and shouldn't be the case at all.

    It's made me hesitant about future purchases using cash back.

    Thanks OP, bought CAFOVO 64mm coffee grinder and it tracked in 10 mins.

      Same here, 2 items in 1 order, low value item tracked in 10 mins, higher value item still nothing, it's been over 36hours. But mine is a preorder, may be delayed. I don't know. I will just wait and see. Cos all those coupon and cashback are gone, no point to reorder. Plus the price isn't bad without cashback.

      If you go to your Earnings page and expand the tracked purchase, it should specify an Estimated Payable time. Looking at some of my AliExpress purchases, they all say 22 weeks which works out to be about 5 months

      20% is not common, but the discount, plus a few dollars of a certain spend and a good cashback happen often enough. SOmetimes cashback is increased from the 5% to 13% or 15%. This is the best time to purchase on Aliexpress.
