  i purchased one of these and returned it - didnt like the fact that there is no way to turn off bluetooth/wifi (ie it is constantly on). The user interface had a chinesium feel also that i didnt like. 70mai had the option to easily toggle wifi on and off and the user interface was more clean.

  Price is good but I ended up getting 70mai marginally cheaper with aliexpress coins and vouchers.

    Why does turning bluetooth/wifi off matter? Genuinely curious. Althought it should turn off when in parking mode or car off.

      these are sitting in the windshield of the car when it is parked so it is unnecessary battery consumption and heat generation. also i dont really trust ddpai to be particularly meticulous with their security and i would rather have the option to disable wireless connectivity and activate it when i require to use it. it seems a bit pointless to be running a hardware component 24/7 when I am only using it maybe 5 minutes a year.
