  I've got one paid even lower then this when bundled with a phone purchase back in Dec, charges fast the intergrated cable is tough it locks into place easily,

  Doesn't have the CCC certification on it.

      China Compulsory Certification (CCC or 3C). It’s a mandatory safety certification for electronics in China. Main factor for ensuring CCC is if you travel/fly with a power bank in China
