Anyone else confused by the entry requirements for this?
The T&Cs state:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Visit any participating IGA store within Australia (excluding TAS) displaying advertising for this Promotion and find any hidden Easter Egg (“Participating Venue”) OR locate a hidden Easter Egg on select IGA advertisements;
Scan the QR code found inside the easter egg or advertised in-store, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and state/territory of residence) and (optional) their IGA Rewards member number; and
(Optional) opt-in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter.
I haven't had to visit an IGA store in person, nor checked their advertising to find an egg, and am still able to enter via the comp link on a daily basis. Doesn't seem to require either to enter 🤷♀️
As @pomodoro says above, seem to be able to enter via link above without visiting IGA, or 'finding' an egg/QR code.
I just won $10 (prize 4) on first attempt. I now need to download the app to receive it. 🥳

"Reward App offer must be claimed on the day of entry via rhe IGA Rewards App." ??? 🤔
I had the same experience as Emeister. Downloaded the app, created an account, went to the competition link and got a $20 prize. Hopefully no minimum spend requirements.
Maybe it is safest to find a QR code.
Got this after a few emails with support:
"Please note IGA Cashback will be reflected in your IGA Rewards app balance bar within 48 hours of scanning the QR code and a $10 e-gift card will be emailed to your nominated email address 3 hours after you scan the QR code and enter your details."
I haven't received a competition email. 😕I won $10 cash back yesterday. It appeared in the app today under "pending approval". Not really too sure what "pending approval" is exactly 😅

What a crazy competition with some very weird prizes. I just won Prize 9 - The prize is an offer to receive a $5 cashback for any Moccona sachet purchase from IGA.
This means I have to spend $7.90 to get $5 credit on my IGA app?
Spend more money than you will get back on something you didn’t want to buy in the first place, Not my idea of a prize and I won’t be claiming it. 🤨I think the Moccona are ~$3.90 this week, so could be worth redeeming now. But you would have to get your Cashback balance to $20 before you can redeem it. So no point if you're not planning on shopping at IGA regularly

Looks like IGA also have $2 Cashback on uncle Ben's rice which is showing as costing $2.50 in my local store. There is also $1 Cashback on Community Co tomato sauce for $2 in store
So you could get 1 pack of Moccona, 2 packs of uncle bens, and 1 tomato sauce to get you to the $20 cash

It’s all very confusing. I also won $20 but since it’s called “cash back” I’m wondering if I have to spend $20 before they apply the reward to my account? I’m going to keep entering just in case I win the $10k
It looks like you "win" something every day, so make sure you only REDEEM a prize you think is worthwhile, as you can only win one of prizes 3, 5-16.
My $10 arrived in the app today. I was sure it was a $10 egift card that I won but in the app it says $10 cash back (as well as saying $10 IGA Cash in a banner) and there are no terms displaying. It’s weird the prize list includes both $10 e-gift cards and $10 Cashbacks. That’s largely why I think you neeed to spend money to get the cash back, even when there’s no particular products linked to your “win”. It’s a horrible promotion, but I’ll still keep trying to win one of the big prizes.
I won prize 5 which is $10 cashback. It is sitting in my app “pending “. I clicked a link in the T & C ‘S and found the below. I wonder if it is applicable to prizes in this comp less than $20?

I hope not but if it is then you need to spend money on othe4 items that have cashback and get your balance to $20 to unlock it. This is the strangest and most complicated comp I think I have ever seen. Crazy. 🤪

I think you have to have at least $20 cashback before it becomes available. So you would have to buy other goods that earn cashbacks up to another $10. I think. So confusing.

Update on prize 5 and I think this would apply to prizes 6-16 as well.
$10 cashback has been loaded into my app as IGA Cash BUT you have to ‘earn’ $20 cashback to redeem any of it. So somehow I will need to add another $10 cashback to get anything back. Not sure if there is a timeframe you have to earn by and also not sure if I win anything else on this comp if it will get added.
Today I got prize 16 but I am not redeeming it or any of the ones I know I won’t use. I think this is why they are offering so many ‘prizes’ because most people won’t be bothered to redeem or use them.
This comp gets a big thumbs down from me. Too hard, too confusing and it’s not a real ‘win’ if you have to spend to receive. 👎🏻

I did, on Saturday! In the app, just under where it said $20 available, I had to click to add an IGA Rewards Visa card to my google wallet, and it was loaded there.

I had $20.00. There was $5.00 sitting there too, but not in the amount available, so maybe the cash is available in $20 increments, not "at least" $20.
