This toothbrush is horrible. I used mine for 2 weeks and the battery is practically destroyed.
Mine goes from 80% to 0% in seconds. The charge increases 1% per second while in use, then if you turn it off and on it will drop 10-20% immediately. It's just all over the place. I'll charge it overnight and the next day it'll be 94%, then 5 minutes later it's down to 20%.
Really just a junk toothbrush. Also felt it gave me a subpar clean compared to my previous oral b toothbrush.
Additionally the 3d scan tool is super gimmicky, tracks plaque very inconsistently. Realistically it's just a camera you can put in your mouth, and that's all it's good for.
I won a Mova toothbrush a few months ago and I really like it but the brushheads are $29 for 3. That is an insane amount of money for toothbrush heads. Unfortunately I'm going to stop using when the head wear out because there's no way I'm paying that much.
