Roborock Q10v+ Robotic Vacuum Cleaner (White) $428 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

80
EXTRA60

Likely an ATL of this entry to mid-range robot vacuum, it comes with a self-emptying dock, however, this dock doesn't wash and dry the mop.
According to AI, it has better mopping and obstacle avoidance than the Q7T+.
Part of the "'Spend Over $400 & Get $60 Off' with code EXTRA60” promotion.

Core Highlights

  • 10,000 Pa HyperForce® Suction: Delivers flagship-level power to lift deep debris from carpets and hardwood cracks.

  • VibraRise® 2.0 Mopping: Scrubs floors with sonic vibration (3,000 times/min) and automatically lifts 8mm when carpet is detected.

  • RockDock® Plus: A self-emptying base that stores up to 7 weeks of dust, featuring E12-rated filtration to trap allergens.

  • DuoDivide® Brushes: Dual-roller system designed to spiral hair into the bin, significantly reducing tangles and maintenance.

  • Reactive Obstacle Avoidance: Uses structured light and LiDAR to navigate around shoes, cables, and pets without getting stuck.

  • Runtime: 180 minutes (5,200 mAh battery).

  • Navigation: PreciSense® LiDAR with 3D Mapping.

  • App Control: Custom "No-Go Zones," room sequencing, and off-peak charging.

  • Anyone have any feedback on the robot vacuum? I realise its at the lower end but is it still good?

    • What makes it lower end? Specs seem decent and price makes me feel like this is a better deal than the upvotes suggest. Am I missing something? Or is the RR range so confusing that this model (which I've never heard of) is flying under the radar?

    • OP here. I bought this as an upgrade to the Q7 Max I purchased in 2022. It depends on what you're after, if you have a mostly tiled or hard‑floor home, I'd recommend a model with a self‑cleaning mop (wash and dry dock). I used Gemmi and ChatGPT to compare several shortlisted models in the $300–$800 range, and found this one best for my mostly carpeted, single‑level home with pets and minimal mopping needs.
Suction and obstacle avoidance are definitely much improved compared with my older robovacs, but it doesn't climb elevated objects (e.g. floor mats) as well as some of my other units, and it misses a few corners because it can't extend. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase so far, the network setup was a bit of a hassle, but that was due to my cybersecurity configuration.

  • If you need delivery (which for me is $50 with HN), JB Hi-Fi will price match and delivery is $12.

    • Oh my, MAR40 code works on it too. $388!

      • Okay with 5% off JB Hi-Fi gift cards, got this for $380.95 delivered.

      • How did you get $388? I got $448

        • Go to JB chat > Ask to price match with HN > Get unique cart > Apply MAR40 code > Buy 5% off gift card > Win.

          • @Apostle0748: Just called and they said they can not match :(

          • @Apostle0748: I didn't know you could price match when a code needed to be applied.. 🤔

            • @Lone star: Typically, they won’t match the post‑coupon price. however, as with all price matches, it depends on your luck and who handled your chat. No harm in trying.
Think it started off with HB matching Good Guys’ $60 off $400 offer', and JB launched the $40 off code this morning. Coles is doing 10% off TCN cards if you plan to buy from JB Hifi. @Toddtian

              • @deliriouss: Well well. I will try next time. I was at work, sent my wife a link about HN sale. A couple of hours later, when I saw comments about JBHIFI price match, she already had pick-up from HN… 😏

                • @Lone star: If it's any consolation, I paid $411 (4% off HN GC) myself. I bought it Friday night for click and collect the next day. Oh well — some people paid full RRP.

            • @Lone star: They won't always do it, but generally speaking if it's a site wide code with no restriction (i.e. special access, etc.) then they'll match it.

  • That's why I like the community, people encourage each other on spending :) not good for the interest rate though ;)
