    Can port out and back in, they have this promo often

    Lebara is cheapest I know of for that, requires a $5 recharge on a certain plan (also good for parking numbers as a recharge lasts 365 days)

  I got there 50% off 6 months 40GB plan 4 months ago, overall its good value and works well, some websites chunk load, but can stream 720p youtube to laptop no problems. Be aware if porting your number over read the instructions very very closely.
