🌱 Vineyard: Lower Tintara, Kays Rd - originally planted by Thomas Hardy in the 1880s.
🪨 Soils: Maslin Sands, laid down 34–56 million years ago during the Eocene epoch.
🌙 Harvest: Cool night-picked 25 Feb 2025
⚗️ Winemaking: Whole berry pressed, 100% stainless-steel ferment to keep it crisp & aromatic. Bottled in May 2025 for maximum freshness.

Our wines travel all over Australia and overseas, and we pack everything in purpose‑built, heavy‑duty cartons designed specifically for freight. Tens of thousands of boxes go out each year and breakages are extremely rare - and of course, if anything ever does arrive damaged, we replace it straight away. You’ll be fine!
