What will stop me getting my cashback:
- If your order tracks to your account with $0 cashback, or if it tracks with an amount and is later declined, one of the terms below has been breached. Do not submit a claim as it cannot be honoured.
- Cashback is ineligible on full or partial payment utilising any pay-by-points methods to transact on Myer's website including (but not limited to) Myer Rewards credits, CommBank Awards Points, Velocity Points, AMEX Rewards Points, loyalty programs such as Myer Xmas Club, Myer Black, Myer One, Myer Return, Myer Multi, Myer credit card points, all points + pay methods, and orders utilising Myer staff discounts.
- Cashback is ineligible on products from CHANEL, Dior, Hermes, Aesop.
- A new click/tap from TopCashback's 'Get cashback' button must be generated with each new order from Myer. Failure to do so will cause all cashback on subsequent orders to be declined by Myer.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any coupon codes not advertised on our platform.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential:
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, DNS AdGuard, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
- Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
- Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
Good to know:
- Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
- If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, the entire order will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account (avoid this by making separate orders if necessary).
Handy tips:
For tracking success, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, DNS AdGuard, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost.
