6¢/L off Fuel at 7-Eleven (Excludes SA & TAS) @ Wilson Parking App

1050

I pay Wilson $14/day to park at my workplace (a state government facility, thank you neoliberalism), so this is the least bit of silver lining I can see in the current interesting times.

As far as I can tell, you don't actually have to park with Wilson, just need to have an account with them and the app installed

Doesn't stack with Fuel Lock unfortunately

  1. Log on to your Wilson Parking account on the Wilson Parking App. Head to Perks to activate your 6c/L* off voucher.

  2. Activate your voucher and scan at your selected 7-Eleven fuel store within 20 minutes to
redeem your discount. Limit of one voucher per transaction and 2 voucher redemptions per 24-hour period.

*Excludes LPG and AdBlue purchases. Limited to 100 litres of fuel per transaction. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other fuel offer including Fuel Price Lock or with fuel card purchases. Offer is not available in South Australia and Tasmania. Offer can only be redeemed in the Wilson Parking App, and is not available for Wilson Parking website or drive up customers. See our updated terms and conditions for more information.

  • Can stack with 25c ?

      what! where!

    • Do u mean with 7eleven fuel lock chopper?

Nah. Can't stack on top of the max 25c off

    • No. Doesn't stack.

      • -1

Has worked for me before stacked.

        • I'm sure people would be interested in how?

Personally I have not had it stack - I scanned both my 7-eleven app that had a fuel lock active, as well as the wilsons app - and the price was using the smaller of the two discounts so I had to discuss with the salesperson to re-do it and I just want to use the Wilsons one (which was a larger discount at the time).

Since then whenever ive used the Wilsons 6c off, I have not had a fuel-lock active. That way i can still scan and get velocity points and "visits".

    • Nope

Won’t be too long till they start charging a toll to enter the cbd in Syd or Melb if you choose to drive, just like London who charges £18 a day before parking costs

    • +3

I think low emissions vehicles are exempt.

I went to Aberdeen in 2024 and a family friend took us around in her Volvo. It was fun detouring everywhere but also kinda sad as a tourist.

Based, bipedal lifeforms should have the city. Not quad-wheeled things.

Melbourne has been charging Congestion Levy fees for a number of years now which is why parking is so expensive.

      • I had no idea this was a thing!

With fuel over 150 a tank better to go gift cards

    • 150 a tank? What are you driving a semi trailer?

      • +4

At $3 a litre an average diesel sedan costs $180 to fill from empty.

        • +1

Well I get your point but 70% of cars are not diesel

          • +1

@BepisCola: My 350z takes min U95 and it's tank is 80 litres. It's comfortably over $150 for me, even over $200. Even if it took U91 it would easily go over that. Average tank sizes are 50-65 in Oz, higher range would mean +$150

  • +1

Should bring it back under $3 for diesel

  • +10

10c per litre with NAB goodies

    • +1

nice one, expires in 6 days though…

      • +1

Reckon they just renew it after the expiry date? Hoping so…

    • This has been great. Just scan the barcode, and pay with whatever card you like, does not have to be a NAB card. Also seems to be limitless uses.

      • Is Barcode one off or generate each time?

        • generate a freshie each time

        • yes & time limited too

      • does it work with cash

        • +1

          it should yes

    • can this stack with Wilson app?

    • Does this stack with Fuel lock ?

    • Does it stack?

      • Only with gift card payments

  • +9

Also with a Linkt (toll road) account, and you don't even have to drive on toll roads frequently. I don't.

  • +1

Telstra does the 6c also generate code in app then scan. But can't stack with price lock

  • Fuel lock usually gives better discount

    • Yeah, this is for those occasion when you can't get a better fuel lock. Also, all 7 eleven stations in my area are currently showing the same price, so fuel lock would be useless atm for me

      • start up the chopper iykyk

        • Chopper on Android is pretty difficult, have been trying to get a handmedown iPhone for ages but no luck

      • The point is to fuel lock today, in anticipation that fuel will be 25-50c a litre more expensive in a weeks' time. Fill up once it gets to (or past) the 25c limit.

        • Yeah, been doing that. Even have 2 accounts in the app to do that mid week with one of them

  • Just noting if you don't have a fuel lock, you can scan your card after the Wilson barcode to get credit for the visit, velocity points, etc.

  • +1

or you can get 10 cents per liter off + $1 regular coffee through NAB Goodies until end of March

  • Are you guys planning on driving less or just looking for deals and thinking 6c off $2.70 is a bargain?

    • +1

Some of us can't drive any less so need to take a saving when we can.

      • I'd love to hear who here drives to work because public transport isn't an option

        • +1

Gotta drive roughly 320km per week, to a country town and back, zero public transport within said town and no public transport to said town.

    • I'm planning on doing about 50% of my yearly driving miles in the next two weeks so…yay…

  • +1

anything is a gift during these trying times

  • +3

6c off through Telstra app for 7/11

10c off through NAB app for 7/11 so try those as welll

    • Only accepts 1 offer though .

  • +1

Pray for me, I pay $22 for domain

  • It's been a while but is the old 7-eleven hack official dead?

    • nope still working, flying the chopper all the time, although theres a max 25 cent off limit now, well been fro a while

  • Decided to fill my Prado 120's 180L dual tanks yesterday, because if the world is in panic mode prices only go up, at least for a while. Saw Ampol, U98 at $2.60, filled knowing I have 8c/L in Toyota app. Bloody app decided I have to sign in, again, with email code verification. Then SMS code verification. Then asked for my localtion when I pressed Rewards.
My knee jerk reaction is Deny, app said No rewards for you then!

Now its $2.75 everywhere in Sydney metro, what I lost in rewards I gained in timing :)

  • NAB is 10c off. But expires soon.

  • +1 for the human experience.

    EV owners laughing

    • Weird flex but ok.

      • why is it weird?

        It's the truth

        • Why can’t it be both?

    • FOMO kicking in? I'm sorry you can't suffer with us.

  • I pay Wilson $14/day to park at my workplace (a state government facility, thank you neoliberalism)

If neoliberalism had its way you wouldn't have a job with the state gov.

    • I mostly enjoy the opportunity that public sector work provides to contribute to the community

      • Which is exactly what neoliberalism is against.

  • are there any guides to using the 7-11 chopper these days? It stopped working for me a while ago and now seems as good a time as any to get back into the pilots seat…

    • I hadn't bothered either because it became a bit too hard but now in these times is worthwhile again be interested if the guides on here are up to date must check

  • Thanks OP!
