Couldn't pay me to answer a teams call with this thing on my head

Where i use to work someone had the razer kraken kitty edition in the office. Thats right. pink complete with the kitty ears.

FYI the USB dongle for these doesn't appear to be sold separately, so don't lose it.
Very happy with the battery life of mine, though. I use mine for a few hours every weekend, and I literally get months worth of charge.

This has been on my list for a while, but not sure its still the best value headset for around this price range.

Hi, if my Hyper X Cloud Alpha Wireless headset just died. This is the only known headset I would replace it with.

If you're interested in these for your home office/PC gaming setup, IMO you're much better off getting a pair of something like the Philips SHP9500s for $100 off AliEx, then getting a cheap $50 USB mic to pair it with, something like the Samson Meteor. Infinitely better sound and mic quality, but of course less convenient than a single headset. No wireless either.
But worth the trade off IMO. Gaming headsets generally aren't very good (have owned multiple at varying price points).

Pog headset. Save petrol and wear these instead of slacks when you're on your teams meetings…playing OSRS.

If you are not killing cows while stuck in teams meetings all day are you even working

one of the better wireless gaming headsets you can get because the battery life is a game changer

Can't speak to the Cloud Alphas personally but I got the Cloud III S wireless for $205 from Amazon recently over them and I think if you're willing to shell out just a bit more those are better

What do you feel is the improvement in the 3s over the clouds?

There's a backup mic integrated (the Alpha II does too but not the Alpha), there's Bluetooth functionality, slightly lighter overall. Some reviews said sound was better but this is subjective: I also wanted something that was really good out sound right out of the box, which the III S was touted as, e.g. no need to fiddle with EQ. Also, and again, the differences are small here, but some of the build quality is better imo (e.g. there's more little screws/multi part bits on the headband area, the plastic just looks a little more premium on the III S).

I am getting the wired one from jb hifi. Wireless radiates your brain not good.

I use these for work, the battery lasts weeks without needing to recharge and I have 0 complaints about sound quality (I only use them to take calls though). Can't comment on the microphone though, but nobody's complained so far so it might be okay.
The only downside is it definitely looks like a gaming headset.
